Introspection

JANU: We are nudging once more the recalcitrant human to examine their life and understand it. Are they repeating patterns of living with seemingly no change or resolution to confusion and frustration?   Introspection from time to time can bring clarity to the life. Meeting struggles in life can be in combination with peace of mind, joy and happiness, not just somber seriousness.

How does one measure, then, their patterns of living by way of choices and external influences? By examining the balance of light-heartedness, peace of mind, and goal achieving. And then the question arises: what are your clear goals in life? Do they make sense to you with joyful anticipation of achievement? Do they require denial of your inner voice, your conscience, or are they in harmony, supported by, inspired by, strengthened by who you truly are? Do they compel you to rush into thoughtless decision-making? Do they own you?

Introspection from time to time clears the way. Reflect on your life often, with full confidence that you can change your course and be successful in the flow of life that includes your True Nature. Put everything in your life on the table, so to speak, and see it for what it is. Namaste, our brother.

Blending of harmony & challenge in the life

JANU: Which do you prefer: a harmonious life without challenge or a life of challenging opportunities? One is a blissful life and the other rich with achievement. Why not both, our brother, co-existing? The challenge is bringing wisdom to the harmony, the harmony bringing the strength and returning the wisdom to gain more. Measure not the worth of your existence by just the virtues of harmony, but the growth you achieve by mastering life as it is.

As you blend both in your life, the insights into understanding become more profound. Sanity is a precarious thing without the balance of these two. “What then is sanity,” you ask, “to be cherished, nurtured, achieved?” Sanity is a harmonious relationship with life that maintains integrity, serves life lovingly, grows in understanding of life’s interplays, and finds peace in the midst of everything.

Resolve the extremes of living by coordinating your engagements to produce creativity that spawns new life. That’s what the flow of life is, our brother, forming the new from the old. Structures, forms, and functions change, but life continues. When one form is replaced with another, life did not end, only the forms and structures that it supports changed. Recognize the cycles of any form of life and see them in this larger way, including your own form, our brother. And we will always be one, as we move with the flow of life. Namaste.

Elements of service

JANU: We are Janu speaking, remembering again what it takes to be a servant of life, the life that is immediately in your domain.

It is a combination of motion and equilibrium at the same time. The motion keeps the consciousness adaptable, moving with the flow of life for every circumstance. The equilibrium speaks of balance, in harmony with each destiny you encounter. Serving life always includes more than the immediate object. All creations are deviations from uniformity and, with their integrities understood, benefit from the kind of service we have mentioned. Namaste.

The nature of eternal life

JANU: Perpetuating life, the unfoldment of it, is the principle behind which purpose is given to everything. Life is perpetuated by a reality of motivation for continuation, no matter the natures of these motivations.

There is an innate knowing in all manifestation that a primary purpose of existence is to continue the flow of life without end. Even though the expressions come and go, and evolve, and new ones are begun, the life continues. Any species humanity comes in contact with has this as a core reality. Even though competition seems to prevail for a place in life, there is room enough for all of life’s creations to fulfill their destiny and to choose their path to that destiny.

Now, what does ‘eternity’ mean then in a reality beyond time and space? Eternity is better described as the Now of life. Past, present, and future of time/space consciousness is One in the Now. And the reality of the Now is a window into eternity beyond time and space. Your True Nature is part of this and possesses that window, its true connection with all of life. So, even though your incarnate consciousness is centered in time/space for the moment, acknowledge your heritage, your birthright, your true freedom. The reality of the love you hold dear in incarnate reality is an expression of the Now.

Living your life, expanding your consciousness, in this tradition, helps purify your experience with equilibrium and balance. Your physical bodies have a destiny and a patterned relationship with what we speak of, but then again, our brother, the elements of your bodies, molecules and atoms and such, have their destiny as well and they walk with you briefly on this path, making many experiences possible. This life expression that seems dormant, life it is, our brother.

Grow to see life in everything, and vitality, its living dormancy, its potential and destiny. Life is eternal. Even though manifestations come and go, and change, and interact, changing each other. Perceive life in everything and live in the Now. Be at peace and namaste.

Humility

JANU: What is humility in this setting but the balance between a sense of worth, healthy ego, and the comparative innocence of grateful existence and humble service. Even in the throes of passion and commitment to a high ideal, humility is the foundation for harmonious service and the power to create.

When giving to another, where gratitude may be expressed, where is the humility? It is in the realizing that the presence of life in the moment is the true giver. True joy in the moment is not the demanding of any credit for it, but the fact that it occurred.

When insight arrives, is there pride in the moment or simple gratitude and humility that allows it to flourish?

There are many invisible servers in life who understand the true peace and power of humility, without coloring the service or limiting it in any way. Your own True Nature guides your life, requiring nothing of you—by ‘you’ we mean the personality—which allows you to shape your life and learn what you may. Humility is a simple balance of relationships and requires no effort to accomplish much.

What is justice?

JANU: We are opening this morning to a climate of retribution, for this limited gain by attack and revenge, neither of which is justice, still plagues many humans.

What is justice, then, that so many seek through violence? The only justice in life is True Peace, for it ends the cycle of violence and reprisal. And those cycles perpetuate the energy and consciousness of anger and revenge, for the one who is angered and attacks retains those patterns, even when so-called vanquishing takes place, only to look for opportunity to attack once more. How is that justice? Only True Peace, and the love it is a medium for, is true justice for it gives the attacker nothing to push against, find fault with, and justify their anger. Justice is the freedom from violence harbored in the feelings and minds of people, and only this ends the cycle of violence.

Is the risk to life and limb worth this reality we speak of?   It is, our brother, for the physical body is not what you are and is not what lives on to experience more of life and to contribute more to life. How can one be truly in love with life when living in anger and intolerance? Justice is balance in life, and balance does not mean retribution, which perpetuates imbalance. One can disengage from imbalance at any time. What some might call the price of this is worth it, for True Peace is true freedom to enjoy an unlimited life.

There is more than physicality to violence. It includes hurtful feelings, attitudes, psychic attack, labeling another person as this or that. Yes, even your common speech can be a form of violence, imbalance, and injustice. The balance we speak of comes from within, from your True Nature, and the True Nature of life itself. Allow peace in your life, in every form and find freedom. Namaste.
