Understanding motivations

JANU: We are getting a handle on, so to speak, the nature of inquiry into the eternal struggle to survive by manifest life. What we see here is the urge to continue, fundamental to existence, has to do with the universal thrust of Life manifested in creation, which opens the door to considering the reality of fundamental of universal life.

“What then,” you ask, “is common for all manifest life?” Survival, yes, but more than that, expanding consciousness and the co-existence of mutual intimacy and diversity. You ask why is this important to know, our brother. It is because these are universal realities that can be seen in the heart of every endeavor, helping to understand motivations. When motivations are conscious ones, fundamentally understood and maintained, the syndromes of frustration, depression and the like, apathy, which have their root in loss of consciousness, are replaced with the primary motivations to experience and participate in more of life.

A worthy study for each one is what motivates you and do your motivations involve others in a mutually beneficial way. Understanding what motivates you in any area of your life is a key ingredient to self-fulfillment and mastery. Every creature has motivations, many instinctual, some thought out, but all subject to change and evolution. To understand another species, another being, their motivations reveal where they are in life, what’s important to them, what they serve. Consider carefully your own and understand them and stand in your truth, free to move on. Namaste, our brother.

Integrity and the True Nature

JANU: We are Janu speaking, succumbing then to the desire for the proliferation of integrity in human consciousness. Let us say then at this time that integrity is meant by that which is in harmony with the True Nature.

And you ask, “What is the nature of the True Nature?” The True Nature is a life expression that honors its commitment to the realization of the human potential to enrich life and become coherent as to the nature of life itself, across its spectrum. What this means is that human consciousness becomes a coherent partner in life with each other, the collective, and the journey of other consciousnesses not of the Earth.

It was never intended or designed that human consciousness would be essentially separate from the True Nature indefinitely. This is the awakening of humanity, our brother, becoming conscious as your True Nature. Life engagements are far more beautiful and of profound meaning when the perspective of the True Nature and all of its faculties are the conscious identity of an individual, for one can see in advance the consequences of possible choices in life. The choices become wiser. So ask yourself, “What do you base a choice on?”

We are not suggesting here that the True Nature plays no role in people’s lives. But for many, the ‘still small voice’ is very small indeed and sometimes, when heard, ignored, for it seems not to agree with choices based upon emotional and mental desire, preferences. So the choice still remains for the human consciousness to choose the larger life. A clearer look at the result of past choices can be illuminating.

So love the True Nature into your life, our brother, gently, patiently, and gratefully. Namaste.

The price of social conformity

JANU: Sublimation of the desire for freedom in the face of social pressures is a weakness in the human experience. Self-examination of the price of acclimation and obedience is called for here. It calls into question the whole concept of collective reality, group dynamics, and the so-called ‘common good’ defined by those taking advantage of what they have created in society. It is time for many to discover, experience, and take command of their true inner power, identity, and heritage of their own making.

This does not mean anarchy and dissolution of all social structures, but it puts them on a different footing, you see, a footing of mutual freedom and support, integrity, and True Peace. Instead of organizing societies to be at war with each other, organize societies to create a better life for everyone, combining their strengths to overcome frailties, misperceptions, doubts and fears, and ill health. Whenever thievery and mayhem appear in a society, these are the markers of abuse and lack of focus.

Let us always challenge ourselves to change directions, to sort out our perceptions and choices, and be willing to embrace a change in these areas. Namaste.

Being true to your integrity

JANU: We feel that it is important to point out that even from our vantage point, and yours as well, every nuance of the flow of life is not known ahead of time nor, should we say, in advance. Potentials can be read, trends, patterns, and interactions. But there is a freedom to life, to consciousness, to expression, decision-making that allows life to be unlimited.

You ask, then, the advantage of a larger perspective and view of life than humanity generally currently experiences. The purpose is to take full advantage of, wherever possible, the opportunities of this flow of life; to pace your life according to the needs and challenges and opportunities and capabilities; to serve life that these changes in the flow are enriched and made available to everyone. Absolute terms such as ‘the answers to everything’ are a limited point of view, for the answers are changing, our brother. They are in motion, as we have stated. And they are changing for the reason that the flow is changing, the freedom of life to move and be. So, what would be the final answer to any question? With the countless nuances, involvements, and relationships, how can there be? The point of this journey is the realization that nothing is fixed. Opportunities abound. And the view of life is ever changing. It is not the nature of life to be ‘stuck,’ if you will, in one pattern.

What is permanent, if you can describe it in that way, is life continuing. So, even in your day and its activities and experiences, be flexible, adaptable, as you hold tightly to your dreams and desires, and relationships. Allow your perceptions, philosophy, and performance to adapt. Not give into, but accommodate, contribute to, and raise the consciousness to a fuller understanding and intimacy with life. Moving this way in the flow becomes simpler and more effective when peace is the foundation for accommodation with the opportunities of the day. Be true to your True Nature, to your ideals, your integrity, and your authority for being as you accommodate life. Namaste.

Enhanced Consciousness

JANU: There are, in the societies of humanity, those elements that constrain the enhancement of consciousness, limiting freethinking in the innate spirit to come forth in the life more fully. Now the enhancement we speak of is natural and builds on its own when an atmosphere of expansion, exploration, and understanding prevails. We would have you know that the restrictions to this are primarily fear for survival, fear of suffering, and limitations built into the social structure. The “I have mine, and you’re on your own” attitude, instead of   “your having yours is part of me having mine.”

Nations have borders of isolation. So do individuals. We of the Brotherhood have learned that integrity is enhanced by mutual support and engagement. Some would say, “Why should I put what I have learned in my life at risk?” Isolation from your neighbor, of humanity, continues the risk, you see. Humanity’s integrity is strongest when people come together to build a better life, to learn and grow in peace with each other.

It takes courage and commitment to move from one social structure of fear and isolation to a different one new to the experience. But that’s the nature of change, our brother, letting go of the old, leaving much of it behind. Consider the challenge and opportunity when contacting other species of other worlds in the midst of current social structure of fear and isolation.

Trust in another comes from experience with them, understanding and knowing them. An awakened consciousness, an enhanced consciousness has the capacity to understand and know more of life, including each other and other worlds. Human intuition, insight, and sensitivity of consciousness can have knowing in advance. And True Nature is not limited by isolation and fear. So you have, as your core nature, the capabilities we speak of. Become conscious, then, as a complete being, by desire and practice.

Choose to live your life more and more in this way of being and the path to the future will become known to you, for the ways you are connected to all of life allow this, you see. Choose this path as a reality. Namaste.

The awakening human explorer

JANU: We have before us this evening a survey that was begun long ago having to do with humanity’s relationship to the flow of life. This survey reveals a predisposition to explore. Human exploration can be less destructive when engaging new opportunities, new realities, new capabilities.

There are many who serve the Earth, who serve humanity, capable of revealing wisdom resulting in mature exploration. Observing and understanding with commitment to honoring the gifts of discovering will find life revealing far more, that also includes safer passage. Focusing only upon an element of discovery but not the larger picture, you see, is an invitation to undesirable results. The awakening explorer is not limited to so-called science and technology but includes profound insight, direct knowing, and an honesty and integrity with life, garnering support and opportunity.

So you see, our brother, the suggestion to awakening encourages a holistic approach in discovery and a holistic application of what is gained. This we encourage and this we support. Namaste.

The Council of Corrections and Alignments

JANU: The Council of Corrections and Alignments exists to ensure the purity and quality of life’s creations, in the sense of honoring protocols of integrity in the flow of life. For many who come to these understandings, there is much confusion and uncertainty as to proceeding in a beneficial manner in the natural order of life. This Council endeavors to bring clarity to decision-making, intention, and influences upon other integrities that co-exist. Our arrangement of service is subject to this, and we always endeavor to meet these protocols. In a very real sense, this Council is formed by and maintained by life’s natural integrity. Do not misunderstand. The opportunities of life, your choices and experiences, are relatively unlimited but do not include the loss of integrity of life itself.

This Council does not make itself known, directly. But understanding its contribution to the Family of Life has merit. Its influence is not unlike each one’s ‘still small voice’ of inner conscience, that so-called sense of right and wrong, acceptable/unacceptable, creative/destructive. And it goes much deeper than that, our brother. Your very existence is part of the flow of life. Their well-being, on all levels, is part of your integrity, in harmony with the source of your being.

Consciousness and conscience are not necessarily the same. The first is ‘being aware of.’ The second is your True Nature. Honor them both with your perceptions of life, your choices, and your contribution. Awaken continuously and become all you can be. Namaste.

The game of life

JANU:    We are happy to announce the progression of that which belongs to the ‘game of life’ in the sense of the miracle of drama, enlightenment, and manifestation of potential. Let there be seen then, at this time, an inclination of humanity towards sorting out its differences, conflicts, ideologies, and perception of needs and desires. The game of life is played out everywhere. The rules of this game are created by the participants, more than one might realize, for even though individual destinies and potentials exist and are at play, the true nature of all of life expressions is the One Life. As one becomes more aware, through the path of awakening, one is presented with the opportunity of a balancing of, a merging of, individual integrity with the universal Oneness, the One Life. For there is always a larger and more fundamental reality than which you’re aware of, what you function in and as.

Be mindful that the challenges of the moment are couched in the larger understanding, a piece of the larger puzzle of life to be assembled in your consciousness, filling your vision and the gaps it contains. But as the puzzle pieces find their place, the greater vision allows the finding and placing of more. Realizing that no matter how complete your vision of the puzzle of life, there is always more.

Yes, the game of life is like a dance, of movement in symmetry and balance and creativity. Even as the musical notes are rearranged for new patterns and symphony and experience, so are the elements of life, the puzzle pieces of creation, for they are dynamic and changing. What a symphony life is, and can be! Playing the game of life benefits from perception, commitment, understanding, passion, and love and respect for all of the pieces of the puzzle for what they reveal when assembled. And even that is changing, our brother, constantly.

Pigeonholing life, so to speak, is a fruitless endeavor. It is a constant journey of change, revelation, and understanding. Thank you, our brother, and namaste.

Serving the Awakening process

JANU: First of all, our brother, awakening for humanity is a natural process, which includes countless elements of awakening. The nature and character, timing, and path of unfoldment are unique to each one. Awakening is not one thing but countless moments of realization. Exploration and ownership of one’s own consciousness tested on each other. Humanity is not the first species to walk this path. In fact, humanity has always been walking this path.

At the moment of first consciousness, awakening begins. How to survive? What works and what doesn’t? And, in some ways, being together and needing each other is part of the formula of survival. Imagining all sorts of explanations for what is observed. Humanity has always wanted the answers immediately, for immediate relief from the pressure and challenge of not knowing. But becoming aware of anything is life, understanding it and making it practical is a process. Life, in its wisdom, does not reveal everything at once, even though you ask for it.
And you ask, “Why does it take so long to understand and master anything?” From the larger perspective of Life, it takes no time at all. So even that desire is relative to what? When you put timeframes on such matters, you imprison them, so to speak, that they no longer be free to ‘just be.’ Quest mightily on your path of awakening but allow Life its timing and wisdom for each revelation, that these revelations can process into your life, your experience. Be fueled with confidence that every desire, every quest is known. Being at peace, our brother, does not mean inactivity from questing or engaging life and embracing its opportunities. But you do these things in harmony with life and the natural ability of your existence.
Awakening is an unending process worthy of contribution and care. Continue to serve, our brother, without limiting requirements, but a joy in the service, for life is enriched by it, all of life. Thank you, our brother, and namaste.

Authority

JANU: Railing against authority seems to be a theme throughout much of the community, festering for some time and festering still. The position of and consciousness of authority in society needs to evolve as well from one of ‘control over’ to encouragement and support of the personal ownership of inner authority. The peace we speak of so often does not speak of being controlled, but being in control and in harmony with your own existence and the life that you are. Once again, responding to life is a more successful relationship than reacting to it.

Authority would do well to reexamine its role in society, and the results of it. The individual would do well to reexamine the choices they make and the results. Humanity would do well to reexamine the peace it achieves through the violence of wars.

Simply put, our brother, measure your philosophies, thoughts, feelings, attitudes, relationships, conduct, statements, diet, conditions of the body by the results of your choices, the results of these. Life is constantly giving you feedback on how you’re doing. We are not suggesting perfection here, but a way to observe your evolution in life, your progress, your contributions and benefits. Having a constant dialogue with life in this way is empowering. Namaste.
