Living your truth

JANU: We encourage others to gently look within themselves to find the truth to live by, relate with, and encourage by example in others. Is it possible to live a life speaking only the truth as you know it and as you live it? And yes, it is, our brother. Monitoring, when speaking, the integrity of your speech, its intent, and the reality of the one listening. The same is true for your inner thoughts and conversations, remembering that every moment of your life you are creating.

Even with humor, one must monitor its impact. For what is humor that hurts another? Even self-deprecation can be complicated. Lightheartedness can be a service to others and oneself. This does not suggest walking such a tight line in life that one may never offend, even unintentionally.

A harmless but active life is a worthy goal. But life can present you with unforeseen twists and turns and you do the best you can. Forgiving yourself is a good model for forgiving others. Every moment in your life is an opportunity to begin again. And, by all means, begin again. Encourage this in others, for living can be complicated and challenging. Renewing your life keeps life moving, flowing, and changing.

The truth as you know it is the foundation for profound communication. Always open to a new understanding of your truth. Allow your life to unfold. And being part of that brings peace of mind and a richness that will serve you well. Namaste.

Explore life, moving on without regrets

JANU: Much of exploring life is ‘deciding to know,’ attuning to realities, accepting them for what they are without disturbing them. Agreeing to incarnate involves much more than incarnating, you see. Being a presence in another reality has already changed that reality, and every moment changes it further. Understand this, our brother: service to life can co-exist in more than one reality at a time. Much can be set in motion to support the flow of life and enrich the harvest of experience.

A thorn, so to speak, in the side of living appears to be not knowing, understanding just out of reach, or so it seems. Understanding something different or new to you at this time does not require pushing, impatience, demands, but allowing an embrace of what already is. It takes no effort at all, our brother. The effort is in keeping things from you, which is of your own making.

As you move through life, be aware of interactions with others and the experience that leaves behind in them. Mistakes can be a blessing, as they can reveal so much. The ‘trial and error’ success in living is an honorable path. Regret them not, but learn and move on. Dwell not with regret. Understand all of your creations and move on.

Transforming life patterns

JANU: We are enabling that as you have just done: the transformation of one energy pattern to another. Successfully, we might add. Remember this process. It will serve you well. A good lesson for this evening’s journey.

Avoiding or ignoring a pattern that already exists keeps your attention on the pattern. It still exists, only pushed into the background to a degree. Any disturbing energy pattern can be transmuted, if allowed, to new pattern more conducive to your goal. This can have a number of applications throughout the day, responding to rather than reacting to life.

Now you ask, “Can this process apply to other energy patterns, not necessarily emotional ones?” The answer is yes. Life patterns can be manipulated and transformed but the focus needs to be there, not some nebulous transformation, you see. No longer the need to let go of an old pattern for, through the process, it is no longer there to let go of. Part of the change in the flow of life, our brother, the creation of change. Even perceptions and attitudes can be transformed. Relationships between people can be transformed in this way. Everything is mutable.

Forgiveness is part of this process as well. The ‘unforgiveness’ traps you into negative patterns that will limit you and throttle your creative abilities. Add forgiveness to your identity, free to transform and be liberated and not imposing a restrictive pattern on anyone. Forgiving is not weakness, our brother, it is freedom and strength.

Understand this process clearly. Make it part of your life. Be aware of its many applications. Transform yourself into all you can be. Namaste.

Forgiving others and yourself

JANU: So many are unaware of the alternatives to current living conditions, when they could be attuning to a life within them and the life they are a part of, enjoying the freedom of new ideas, new perceptions, and new realities, in addition to their current physical consciousness. We have commented before on the true power of peace and what that brings to each day. Humanity becomes used to current ways of thinking, when there is so much more.

We are not suggesting here that the path of awakening includes revelations about everything all at once. It is a process of engaging the larger life, advancing your current understandings, and growing purposefully into new perspectives, and slowly experiencing a richer life. There is no need to suspect others of hurtful motives when you can observe the truth within them and understand their journey to that truth. It is easier to forgive others when you understand them, including yourself, our brother. When observing your past and understanding your choices in life, it is easier to love who you are and forgive everything. Find peace in what you’ve accomplished, for your youth has changed greatly in the ensuing years.

And that is the theme this evening: the path of forgiving others for a deepening understanding of their choices in life. It is the path of true peacefulness and true power. Cherish your memories, for they are rich with experience on the way to a balanced consciousness.

Letting go of old patterns to create new ones

JANU:   We are Janu speaking, enamored of, if you will, a peaceful co-existence with life that we know and you have known. And, yes, forgiveness and peacefulness go hand in hand. And the letting go, which is the nature of forgiveness, is a doorway to peace. For how does it serve you to hang on to ‘unforgiveness’ in a life that is continually in motion? Dragging resentments of the past into the future restricts the future to those moments of the past, you see. Practice, then, letting go of those thoughts and emotions, memories that block or restrict your journey into a peaceful future or, shall we say, your becoming. What memory, then, our brother, is worth your future, your freedom, and what you are becoming?

‘This too shall pass’ is your choice. To reach for and embrace the next rung on the ladder of life, one must let go of the last one, you see. So embrace the lessons of life, the wisdom gained, and let go of the circumstance. Remember the lesson and use it wisely, always moving with the flow of life in motion. The treasures are there to be discovered to enrich your life as you, in turn, enrich life with the freedom to do so.

So many of the memories of circumstances of the past are held onto as if they were in the present. Allow the change, let go of old patterns, create new ones. Namaste.

Tolerance (Service)

JANU: For this service, let us focus upon tolerance, an important ingredient in humanity’s future on the path to peace, understanding, and mutual support in the spirit of oneness. The art of tolerance is magical indeed, for so many of the systems of the individual’s composition line up with each other in a balanced way and perform wondrous things in themselves and in your neighbor. Very few humans can say they have experienced such to any memorable degree, or enough to inspire them to do the same.

Now, tolerance does not agree with mayhem and destructive behavior. But it does mean making every effort to understand and support another’s journey to find their own truth and fulfill their opportunities. Many have yet to realize how tolerant life has been for them to exist at all and continue on their path, no matter the behavior. So, it is a worthy endeavor to review your life and find tolerance that has been given to you and appreciate the opportunity it provides to move on in your life and to grow. The great one who visited with us this morning lived her life in that manner and gained much wisdom and insight into the nature of people’s lives, including her own. Of course, we are speaking of Maya Angelou.

So tolerance is the theme this evening, our brother, and this includes tolerance for your own life. And, of course, tolerance opens the door to forgiveness. Namaste.

The human trait of forgiveness (Service)

JANU:    What we choose to serve this evening is the dominant trait of humanity: to forgive. This seems to fly in the face of military and political aggressions, crime in the cities, and corporate dealings. Forgiveness is a common trait among humans who live the simpler life, for they see the value in it where the others do not, as easily. Their motivation for forgiveness is based upon an understanding that they have needed forgiveness in their lives and with it comes the freedom to embrace and move on. The very young and the very old find this a more natural and easy tradition, for they are closer to their natural being, their True Nature.

Forgiveness then remains a function of life that restores and keeps the flow of life moving through and with the circumstances of life. This evening’s service is to bring the light of this more into the consciousness of humanity as a strength to overcome many obstacles in life. As humanity awakens to the truth of their relationships, conflicts, destructions, frustrations, and ill-will, a better way will be revealed of making choices with commitment. This we serve, our brother. Namaste.
