Motherhood and Birthing

JANU:   We welcome the opportunity to bring to the light, if you will, the concerns of humanity. For this evening’s journey, let us bring light to the plight of mothers and children around the world.

It is truly a blessing to life, a service, to endure the challenges of motherhood. Each mother earns gratitude from life for taking on the responsibility of continuing life in this way. For birthing is continuation of life, and the manner of this is rich with possibilities to enrich life. Motherhood is a unique opportunity to grow and learn and become something more than you were before. The infant relies totally on what it can learn from you, on every level, and the being that it is loves you more than you know, and is grateful for every moment of your caring and sacrifice. Motherhood is truly giving one’s life for another, in so many ways. And to help and see this child come into its own and make a life is a grand reward for the mother.

This child is shaped so deeply by the consciousness of the mother and what she offers, that those who impinge upon these two cannot break the bond, the love of one life for another. No matter the circumstance, no matter the environment, those beings are one. And what better way to understand oneness?

Now, the essence of this relationship can be understood and applied to anyone’s life who cares for another, who loves humanity, and to see joy in the hearts of people. Birthing is a continuous reality throughout life: the birthing of an understanding, the birthing of a new relationship, the birthing of an understanding of the love of self. Birthing is everywhere and deserves honoring and support and gratitude.

The human perception of self-importance

JANU: For this morning’s journey, let us pursue the denomination, if you will, of specific integrity shining light upon that which consumes human attention and interest in the purpose of life, namely human existence.

The denomination, so to speak, of this pursuit is described as the supreme importance of the reality of humanity, compared to everything else. Humanity has difficulty grasping that its importance is not such that life is centered around it exclusively. There are many other species in the universe with varied cultures and philosophies of life, if understood, might re-position the human perception of self-importance or significance in the larger life, you see. That particular denomination of perception shapes the belief systems, social structures, perceptions of deity, and the creatures of life that populate the Earth and the seas.

When one is committed to and understands more and more deeply the nature of service and its position and contribution to the larger life, the sense of superiority and primary importance is of less and less concern. More so, the concern is of the health and well-being of creation and the movement of life through its path of evolution and realization. And even understanding that the elevation, through service, of any part of life evolves the server in unforeseen ways, allowing for more profound service and effectiveness.

Now, the instinct for self-preservation is a necessary ingredient for life to continue. But not with the disrespect that can ensue, for other life forms. Physical survival at times can be seen as expendable, as the True Nature continues on. At times, life continues for reasons not known, when one life or physical existence is sacrificed for another. Much of human thought, emotion, and society lives in fear of the loss of survival. True freedom is not based on fear. Your history records the lives of those who have found their peace with life, even when faced with the loss of their physical body. What is this peace they have discovered, and live in? This is worthy of consideration. Namaste, our brother

A sense of family among all of humanity

JANU: What we serve this evening belongs to a paradigm of consciousness that is the thread of life as humanity evolves through many generations. This thread of life is a sense of family, integrity of common purpose and destiny. At times, humanity seems not to demonstrate this thread of life, but it is always at the core of human nature. Turning conflicts into cooperation with mutual benefit and respect, and honoring integrity, is what this achieves. Outrageous behavior against one another becomes unthinkable, for it makes no sense and profits neither.
The scope of this reality can be carried from couples to communities to nations to all of Earth humanity and, yes, to other worlds. We do see this happening in time to come. There will be triggers or thresholds along the way that accelerate this, with quiet times in between for life to adjust. Once again, the need for awakening to a larger life and profound understanding as to one’s own nature and destiny.
The human heart continues to awaken, lifting each other’s spirit without a price. Namaste, our brother.

Sharing freedoms and opportunities with others

Editor’s note: This was given on the Fourth of July but applies at all times.

JANU: We are Janu speaking, celebrating this evening the mutual goodwill of so many in your nation on this Fourth of July celebration. May the spirit of goodwill and freedom extend itself to a greater degree into the affairs of humanity.

So many are in fear of inconvenience and loss with immigration of so many from other countries that suffer and die, and are deprived of basic opportunity and rights to be. We encourage humanity to grow into an attitude of collective concern for each other. This is a good opportunity for people to reconsider what the Founding Fathers of this country of yours envisioned, as people from around the world came to the shores to make a new life and to become Americans. A time of reflection and the opening of hearts and minds. A substantial portion of human destiny hinges upon the attitudes of immigration and the taking care of others who risk their lives for a chance at freedom and a better life in a rich country founded on such principles.

Examples of loving life and changing the world

JANU:As you enjoy a beautiful and peaceful day, we also have our comparable realities. When we observe in humanity a moment of peace and beauty and the love of giving, in anyone’s day if you will, we enjoy it as well. We would have you know that the mayhem you see in your world, and its intensity, is an indicator of the times to come, for eventually more and more of humanity will choose the alternative, finding they can no longer be happy with such a life. We choose to encourage humanity to realize it has everything it needs to choose the alternative and create it. Humanity has profound power to manifest its choices. Mayhem is a choice, our brother, and so are peace, joy, the love of giving, and the love of life.

Nature everywhere, all creatures, can sense and respond to this kind of consciousness. But not all creatures, and not all nature, have experienced kindness from humanity, but nature welcomes it. You have experienced sending love to a fish in an aquarium and have seen it approach in response. You have seen birds flock in a tree next to you when your consciousness was loving the morning. This is part of what we mean by ‘loving life’ genuinely, without agenda. Words are not needed, but loving energy is. This works with people as well, whether you know them or not.

Practice loving life as a viable and real way of living. The beauty and magic of this, our brother, will change the world. It is a powerful way to live, in harmony with life, and in harmony with who you are. The possibilities are unlimited and have always been available. Namaste, our brother.

Tolerance (Service)

JANU: For this service, let us focus upon tolerance, an important ingredient in humanity’s future on the path to peace, understanding, and mutual support in the spirit of oneness. The art of tolerance is magical indeed, for so many of the systems of the individual’s composition line up with each other in a balanced way and perform wondrous things in themselves and in your neighbor. Very few humans can say they have experienced such to any memorable degree, or enough to inspire them to do the same.

Now, tolerance does not agree with mayhem and destructive behavior. But it does mean making every effort to understand and support another’s journey to find their own truth and fulfill their opportunities. Many have yet to realize how tolerant life has been for them to exist at all and continue on their path, no matter the behavior. So, it is a worthy endeavor to review your life and find tolerance that has been given to you and appreciate the opportunity it provides to move on in your life and to grow. The great one who visited with us this morning lived her life in that manner and gained much wisdom and insight into the nature of people’s lives, including her own. Of course, we are speaking of Maya Angelou.

So tolerance is the theme this evening, our brother, and this includes tolerance for your own life. And, of course, tolerance opens the door to forgiveness. Namaste.

Alternatives to our current life of limitation

JANU:   For today’s focus let us pursue the interest in formulating a path of transformation of ignorance to enlightenment. We hear so many comment as to this or that, revealing much as to the state of consciousness of humanity. Many opportunities are on the horizon, our brother, that will challenge humanity to grow into a richer life.

Realizing who you are, and what you and life can be, is a grand journey. And so-called ‘outer life’ and ‘inner life’ must merge into oneness for both to flower. Wisdom comes from experience when knowledge is applied to opportunity. And wisdom brings a greater sense of the completion of life, the balance and potential, and the maturity to embrace successfully the choices that are made.

Envision a life where one can choose their form of life and change it at will, depending upon the reality that is embraced. Currently, humanity sees itself as limited to the human body, the human personality, and physical surroundings of form and their properties. Consider the freedom and ability to understand and experience whatever interests you, anywhere in life, even your own origins and your potential.

Consider a life where survival is not a concern and that needed can be manifested as needed. A life where one questions “What is next?” from an array of choices, not from confusion and emptiness. A life where peace and happiness and joy are by choice only, not requiring circumstance. Where one can observe and understand the present from the future or from the past. Observing life from any perspective, not limited to time or distance. Where one can attune to someone on another world as sheer Life.

The possibilities are endless, our brother, and they exist now. Namaste.

The transition of the elderly

JANU:   This morning’s focus shall be about the elderly of humanity. Their story is a rich one, for it is a combination of birth, experience in the human condition, and the returning to their origin, their true home in life.

Keenly aware of the frailties and declining conditions of the body, they still value life and hope for the future of humanity, as well as anticipating the next true adventure in life. They have achieved much wisdom and, yet initially frustrated with a lack of opportunity to give what they know, eventually realizing that others will find their own wisdom in their own way. And their contribution to this, from living, gives them peace. The insights into what is to come for them are few at first, but as the time draws near, their consciousness reveals to them the blessing to come.

May we join with them at this time, with encouragement and profound peace in knowing their journey has been worthwhile and more journeys will come, to begin again another episode of living, should they choose incarnation again. Liberation from the body will bring about rejuvenation of their consciousness as true spiritual beings: free to be, without the heaviness of incarnate life.

But the time of transition is unique and special, indeed, on the journeys in life. And they have done well. The grand moment of transition is the letting go into peace and transition into Light and their True Nature. Be at peace, our brother, embracing this part of the journey, realizing that you never were this body, but an eternal being that chose to be here for a time.  Namaste.

Changing with the Earth changes (Service)

JANU:             Service then, this evening, is called for in the area of that which belongs to the Earth, Gaia if you will. The service this evening is in the nature of assisting and supporting the changes that are here, not to stop them but to support their integrity, their contribution to all that the Earth is. Everything about the Earth is changing in so many ways, and always has, our brother. But these changes run in cycles and these cycles can explain the changes.

Instead of perceiving changes as from one stable state to another, see them as a continuous movement of life, for the Earth is a very active world. Some movements humanity is aware of, understanding some of the cause. And other movements humanity is not aware of. Yet they are all connected, in a very dynamic world. Even the Earth will be destroyed by the Sun, eventually, for your sun is changing as well and always has.

Individually, human lifespan is very brief and tends to see ebbs and flows in the changes of the flow of life of the Earth as, at times, stable and quiet. And compared to human lifetimes, this is so. But humanity’s lifetime on this world is much longer and collective humanity would be wise to grasp the significance of a world that is living and changing as a destiny and will eventually move on to something else.

What we serve this evening is a large view for humanity to appreciate the world they live on, understand it, and adapt to it. The legacies of your lifetimes can contribute to the collective humanity’s consciousness and appreciation of changes in a larger way. Humanity is blessed with an opportunity to exist, enjoy life, and expand consciousness on a world very special, indeed. Be grateful for every day and an Earth that will support you for many generations to come. But it lives and it moves and it evolves always. So let your life live with its life and change with it.

Finding your truth by seeing it in another (Service)

JANU: We are serving then this evening as we may for the benefit of all who open to the inner Light. That is part of the benefit of awakening, our brother: to walk in the incarnate life perceiving and contributing to the Light within everything. Stating once more that ‘Light’ is the Truth of Life. Encouraging people that they are worthy of love, without doing anything for it. They were born with this worthiness, spiritually and physically. When the Light of the True Nature breaks through and touches the heart and mind this is realized. It is our service that each one recognize this for what it is, and are free to choose what it means for them. Humanity’s awakening presents itself every day, yet not understood.  There are cycles of life that encourage and accommodate these experiences, which allows one to see the Truth in another. And the more this is exercised, the more one sees the Truth in themselves, for they see what they relate to, and they relate to what they have within them. Let there be a blessing of this nature for everyone open to it.   So be it.
