JANU: “What is reality?” you ask. Reality, our brother, is life in motion, in all of its forms and existences. One might ask, “What is not reality?” Non-existence, in the purest sense, in the most complete sense, is non-reality. So, how does this play, then, in the scenario of awakening? It plays as a limited life, our brother. So, awakening, then, is not only being conscious of but being conscious as. Observing and exploring a reality dissimilar to what you are accustomed to challenges frame of reference for comparisons and understanding. We would suggest at this time that your openness to awakening include unassociated realities, even to within the confines of common experience. In the incarnate human life are realities yet to be explored or understood or mastered.

Your recent observations of two people seemingly performing miraculous abilities is the tip of the iceberg, for they only demonstrate phenomenon, not the wonder and beauty of consciousness and mastership of understanding. But they hint at it, you see. Many have performed miraculous feats from time to time, understanding little of what makes this possible. But it is a beginning. Notice the reaction of those who observe such feats. It’s always wonder, amazement, laughter, lightness. For this suggests possibilities in the reality of incarnate life that might be available for their own experience and even greater possibilities.

So, you see, the flow of unlimited life is reality. So awaken then to limitless consciousness and life’s potential, including your own. Be the unlimited being you already are. The Family of Life awaits with you. Namaste.

JANU: We are establishing then a point of view to explain the demarcation of humanity from its True Nature, within its perception.

The peace, the presence, and the experience of the True Nature prior to incarnation anticipates an experience that enriches its relationship with life and a deeper understanding of its own potential. So, from the human perspective within the veil, the letting go of True Nature consciousness for the sake of incarnation seems unwelcome. This is because the human consciousness has a finite perspective as to identity, existence, and survival. The True Nature does not exist this way, but does have perspective and wisdom for choosing to incarnate.

Temporary responsibilities and engagements of the moment are not devastating but something to be engaged, to reveal a richness of experience and understanding to be gained. Allow your consciousness to perceive incarnating life from the perspective of the larger you. There is much to be gained here, not just for your own True Nature but others that exist in the larger life as well. And you benefit from their journeys as well.

Awakening reveals these things and allows for wiser choices and engagement of the challenges and opportunities of life. The mysteries of life come out of the shadows, and you discover that they are blessings, the more you engage them. Avoid not these opportunities, but master them. Manage, to a degree, your relationship with these. Discover the pearls to be understood and shared. Incarnate life can be as rich as you will allow. Namaste.

JANU: This session on awakening reaches into the unknown properties of basic existence. What do we mean by this, you ask. What is existence? How does it come to be? Why does it continue? How does it continue?

Basic existence is a kind of consciousness, more fundamental than the human form of consciousness, primary in the sense of barely distinguishable from primary life. Everything in addition to this comes from innate potential within primary spark of life. The True Nature is the first stage of what you would understand as ‘uniqueness.’ A spark that is life is a singularity that the expression of existence emerges from. This singularity is primary potential for all of its existence. Life expression is what you would call a ‘thrust’ inherent in its existence, the thrust to create, to realize potential. The flow of life begins. Individuality or uniqueness is realization of diversity of potential.

However, understand this, that the singularity reality is present always for primary reality of life, so that all uniqueness and individuality is at the same time one singularity. This seems a contradiction but it is the inclusiveness of the one life. Individual yet one. Many yet one. One does not embrace this understanding requiring perspectives that are founded in space/time, with borders, limitations, what is and what isn’t. This is beyond that. Those elements of life are contained within. They are expressions, manifestations, unique diversities. All found in the singularity of existence.

Answering the questions then: What are you awakening to? How did you begin? What does it all come from? Why does it continue without end? You exist for life to know itself, to realize its true nature, to take the journey into existence, to awaken, if you will. All that occurs, the essential nature of it, is in the same moment of the singularity of primary reality.

The Family of Life is vaster than you imagine. Not just in diversity and size, so to speak, but in the oneness of its primary reality, the singularity of life. As you evolve in consciousness, many revelations must be left as possibilities to be explored more fully as consciousness matures through awakening and experience yet attuned to. You are a unique individual, yet one with everything by way of the Truth of Life, the singularity of oneness, its origin.

This is why the term ‘Life’ was given to you, our brother, as more inclusive and expanded understanding of what the more limited perception refers to in your language as “God.” This is truthfulness beyond words. More and more, our brother, words are left behind, for they limit you. Journeying through life and all it is and can be requires freedom from limitation in a consciousness. JANU: For this evening’s journey of awakening, let us proceed with a discourse on progressions. Now, progressing a postulate, in this case the reality of awakening, allows for considerations to be creative in their design. The postulate includes a change in perspective toward incarnate existence and the human journey. Priorities expand to include the basic tenets of relationships. These tenets arguably persist in the face of customary preferences. One does not become obsessed with the minutia of life to the exclusion of the larger purpose, realizing that caring for others does not replace them taking care of themselves. The goal here is their freedom, their integrity, their ownership of their experiences, their sovereignty. These things contribute to the ensuring of their survival, their well-being, their happiness. The goal here, our brother, is to inspire, as you awaken, others to find their truth.

So as your awakening progresses, serve the progression of the integrity of others into their true freedom, and into the purpose of your own progressed awakening. Remember, one does not awaken alone, but with a sense of the larger family of life, whether they are incarnate or not. A progressed life sees potential outcomes and connection between all opportunities and achievements. Our progressions embrace the future from the clarity of the Now, for potential exists in this moment. Consider a progressed scenario on your journey of awakening that includes others, giving meaning to your own. Namaste.

Awakening 20: The community of awakening

JANU: Let us journey in the path of those who continue with this process, which is a growing community, if you will, of enlightenment. Among the experiences with this are camaraderie, sharing, mutual support, respect for the journey, and a return to peaceful consciousness once more.

The richness of the human journey is explored but not all in this community, if you will, share the human experience. But they learn of it from those who have. The awakening community is the theme here, but the experiences awakened from are varied. In this setting, one learns of the journeys in consciousness of those from many worlds and realities that are not physical, so to speak. Needless to say, the richness and the rewards of discovery are inspiring. The unawakened experiences are no longer looked upon unfavorably, for in this new community the result of these is wisdom and a growing love for the diversity of life. Incarnating is only one of many opportunities to explore life and serve it. Creativity occurs everywhere.

Let us expand our view of life to that of a growing community of re-awakened consciousnesses coming together after journeys of isolated individuality, reconnecting with the fuller life, returning home to some. One experiences how the experiences of another can be yours, as if you walked their journey. Part of the reason for the closeness, you see, the sense of community, of family. The rejuvenation, the reconnection seems as a miracle but a natural one. One understands that location, in a physical sense, in the universe is less and less relevant, for this community exists through consciousness and harmony.

No longer is your view of life and your identity limited to the human perspective, but is more inclusive and timeless. There is still a drawing to look in upon the human journey and those who continue it, for it is a part of you, with impressions and memories, patterns if you will. For all are patterned by their sojourns, whether human or not. The issues of physical survival no longer dominate, but the exchange of consciousness, the patterns of wisdom, experience, fill your love for life. Harmonious peace yet rich with opportunity, creativity, and service—meaning enriching life—brings you joy. The community of awakening is true. Namaste.

Awakening 19: connecting with another traveler

This is a personal inner experience of partnering with another for mutual benefit in awakening. Such assistance was alluded to earlier and is presented as an example only.

JANU: It is time, our brother, to be open to and connect with those who would assist in this awakening adventure. What we would say at this time is, there is one who presents as a portrayer of these elements of understanding. Awakening for this one, in part, has to do with partnerships in awakening.

There are those small groups who have actively assisted each other with shared insights, with True Natures working in harmony. Comparing the success in awakening of these small groups with individuals is invalid, for each one has their own path and capacities to absorb new understandings, new to the human experience, so to speak.

Partnering in awakening is the theme here. These relationships are not necessarily continuous through the entire awakening process, but are mutually agreed upon for appropriate durations. “How does one select a partner for awakening?” you ask. By letting your desire be known to your True Nature, recognizing its authority, which is you, to attune to the consciousness of another. Relationships between True Natures have a cone of protocols of their own, not for your human consciousness to judge or analyze, but to honor.

We recommend at this time your openness to such an arrangement on a temporary basis, not to be managed by your human consciousness, but to be benefited by mutual benefit, you see. Now, in the case of our visit this evening, we offer this arrangement, should you choose to be open to this by way of the integrity of your own True Nature.

JR: On this basis, I accept.

TRAVELER: Yes, agreed upon. The first stage, so to speak, in this arrangement is the settling in to a familiarity that is comfortable, that is peaceful. Through this opportunity, we share experiences, insights each has gained, and a respect for the larger life. I am, we are, travelers in consciousness in the larger life. The freedom to explore and touch or embrace these realities. We do so, our brother, together.

Observing human society from this perspective begins to reveal what most human individual consciousnesses cannot see: the brotherhood that is humanity, born of something larger, with a guiding purpose being realized in small steps over the millennia. Awakening is a miraculous process that spans lifetimes, but not a linear one. Many cultures on many worlds will be seen and understood.

This evening’s partnership draws to a close. A good beginning, our brother. We are at peace with you.

Awakening 18: Creating and lifting the veil

JANU: The subject this evening has to do with the veil, as requested. Now, the origin of this, in the human experience, comes not only from the wisdom of the True Nature but those patterns of creation for the human journey, a contract of sorts between incarnating consciousness and the tradition of protocols for human incarnation. The reason for this has been stated more than once, having to do with focus and non-interference with gaining wisdom through service and experience while incarnate, without the distraction of larger realities that co-exist.

Now, the overcoming of the veil while incarnate has to do with protocols again. They being those that guide the consciousness while engaged in relationships and endeavors that call for greater insights and inspiration, not through aloof positioning in life, but direct engagement. These protocols are known through the True Nature, but the human tendency to propose striking bargains to gain advantage does not operate here. The truth of motivation, desire, and attitude are known, even as they form. As we have said before, there are no secrets. Freedom comes through service, our brother, with a giving nature and a love for life, the basic tenets of the flow of life.

Once again, understand this as process, not instantaneous change. You already live beyond the veil, for you are your True Nature, which is fully conscious. Continue to serve, learn, grow, gain wisdom, and engage more and more of life. The process of awakening continues. There is balance, order, and symmetry in the process of life. Embrace it. It has opportunity beyond your imagination, waiting for you to engage and become one with. Namaste.

JANU: We are aware of the interest in getting to know the reality of your True Nature. This begins with being open to the core of your consciousness, opening to the deepest within you, to the presence of your identity, the true nature of your concerns and desires, hopes and dreams, and ‘wonderments’ about life.

There is a beginning sense that there is within you: understanding; profound peace; a love difficult to put into words; permanence as to origin and destiny; and limitlessness; a truth within you that cannot be contained; a genius for being; the home you once knew and explored life as; the richness that keeps growing and deepening; patience that transcends all urgency; freedom to experience everything; a sense of being not limited to any concept; eternity, a concept with no meaning for time and space are shadows.

Whatever interests you, life reveals it. And every being that you become aware of is as a universe of discovery. Dwell in this and find peace in the sanity of it all. Namaste.

Q: I feel that I should be doing more, that I should be more definitely in service to others, but I don’t know what the “more” is. Should I be offering some kind of service, such as teaching or counseling? Or is my “mission” to be a White Magician?

JANU: We hear your searching, your looking, your longing for a focus of direction to install or invest your energies and that you’ve gained into. Your options are many, dear one, and they are options. Even, as you might put it, the most rewarding choice is an option like the rest.

The best service, the most rewarding, is the consciousness that you put into any endeavor to help another, to advance the cause of human understanding and evolvement in consciousness, you see. The richness, the fulfillment and the rewards are born of your own beingness. The form of the expression matters little compared to this. The beauty of the understanding is that any choice can and will be the best choice. And where is it written that only one choice is the best choice, dear one? The adventures you have specified are not exclusive of each other. Nothing is exclusive.

Many ponder this question in dismay for they seldom find the answer posed by the question or intent of same. For they think the answer lies in the chosen path of service. It does not. It lies within you. You bring the life to, the beauty, the wisdom, the unfoldment, to the path choice, you see. You make it magical and rewarding and a blessing to those you serve. Yes, the challenges and opportunities vary from one choice to another. But these differences aren’t the magic, they are only varied opportunities, options. You will bring life to them all. The full force of the support of life is yours in any of your choices. They are not available more in one than another.

The best choice, dear one, is the one in front of you. The one most immediate and at hand. And if others appear in similar fashion they are your choice as well. Not necessarily one at a time. All service, all paths have beauty and support and blessing and enrich both the server and the one served. Have no preference. The preference is a distraction and an illusion, comparing one over another in this way. Structured service in what you call forms or types can be an illusion and a distraction as well, for your greatest service today may be to serve the understanding of another solely through concern and caring and counsel or just lightening the burden a little. But lightening it with wisdom and insight and the benefits of your life’s understanding and experience. Not that they see your enlightenment, dear one, but find joy in the burden lifting that they see more clearly now.

Every day is filled with opportunities of service that do not require the hanging of a shingle, so to speak, the declaration of “I am this or that qualified servant…this is my service,” you see, to be noticed. ‘Tis not the way of the master, dear one. It is and can be a glamour. You understand this, we know. For you are well trained and well versed in these areas of understanding. as the phrase goes, what you do with the little things is the measure of your character and your vision and your service. Be not concerned whether the larger things will be added; they will be. Life is mindful of all of its elements and its realities.

This we have spoken of today you already know. It is only offered as a reminder and encouragement. You have known these things for eons of time. The time has come to see yourself in a larger way. Unlimited in perception, capacity, and the ability to deliver that needed in any situation or opportunity of service. Perceive yourself and embrace your larger reality. Leave behind this old pattern and shell of limitation. Your spirit is grand indeed. Leave behind the old patterns. They serve you no longer. Step into now the light and the grace of your beauty. This done with dignity, humility centered in peace, yes, and even pure being. Attainable, dear one, for these realities you already are and have been ere so long.

Your service will not be pigeon-holed into one form or another. It will not work for you. It is not your nature. It is not your memory or your historical pattern. You are universal being and your service is universally adaptable to the moment. Be an example of this for others as the time arrives for them to leave their limiting patterns behind, the ones they have outgrown. Show them there is a larger way with greater freedom and joy.

We gently enfold you and support this reality for you. Service, yes, dear one, but with new and larger understanding for that is the service that is needed in this time of change, this movement into new ways. Leave behind self doubt. Define and identify limited thought and perception and deal with it successfully. Your victory in this way speaks well of the movement of human consciousness on the path that lies just ahead for humanity. Humility does not mean minimizing the reality of who you are and your contribution to life. Humility speaks more of being in harmony with the flow.

We are the Brotherhood of Light, saluting you and honoring your inquiry and your journey. You are loved without ever a pause. Namaste, dear one. Janu and the Brotherhood of Light speaking as one once again.
