New Journeys

A holistic relationship with the Earth

JANU:  The first change we would speak of this morning has to do with humanity’s relationship with the survival of the Earth. Its perceptions and attitudes are immature but the seeds of maturing are growing and, as usual with humanity thus far, stimulated by reversals of fortune. Much of humanity has little or no consciousness intimate with the Earth and its consciousness, seeing most things materially. The discoveries, or at least part of them, that must take place for the maturing of humanity in this area comes from awakening to inner sensitivities, perceptions, and communication.

This already exists here and there, but not in a mainstream way for those in power and business. They respond primarily to challenges to their fortunes, their resources, and the marketplace, not realizing that the alternatives they look for are not the finding of other resources of a physical nature, but a whole new world of understanding as to the nature of life, and the Earth, and themselves. A wholistic approach to embracing the future and a sustainable world.

Observe the health and well-being, or lack thereof, endured by the masses and the medical profession’s inability to overcome these. Wholistic understanding and behavior is the theme here, and learning what that means. The timing for humanity’s true service to the rest of life and other species and worlds is through awakening to a wholistic relationship with life.

One of the purposes of these journeys is to support this, for in a very real sense, this will be humanity’s salvation from its current immaturity. So the parochial concerns must be tempered with, balanced with, larger ones whether immediately profitable or not. For ultimately they serve humanity in a more profound way.

Let there be, then, a continuation of these efforts to plant seeds of understanding. Thank you, our brother, and namaste.

What is “Beauty”?

I am Janu speaking. You have mentioned your interest in the therapeutic experience of beauty in life. One might do well to explore what beauty is, and what isn’t beauty. And are they really separate realities, one to be avoided, one to be embraced?

Now the phrase, “beauty in the eyes of the beholder” can be explored as well. Where one may perceive beauty in an elaborate and complex reality, another may perceive beauty in profound simplicity and universality. The so-called destructive nature of life can be seen as a beautiful component in the balance of life, allowing for the remodeling of life or some element of it. Destruction and creation, entropy and creation, are what allow life to continue, to expand, modify, and evolve. Is that not a beautiful relationship? Is this devoid of beauty? You see a human being distorted, a seemingly grotesque figure, yet within the spirit of that one is the opposite of arrogance, and a simple and profound acceptance of their circumstance, with an eye towards loving and service, comforting and understanding the circumstance of others. Where is there not beauty there, our brother?

So, you see, the understanding and appreciation of beauty exists through every layer of reality, depending upon your powers of perception, frame of reference, and your compassion. What then is beauty, our brother, and what is not? So the meaning of beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, and the depth of their vision, and their capacity to understand deeply.

So move forward, our brother, on this interest in beauty, cautiously and with care and the therapy will evolve. Namaste, our brother.                                                June 24, 2013B

All life is loved and IS love

JANU:  Loving, then, is the natural way of life, all of life. What do we mean by ‘loving,’ then? For it finds an infinite variety of expressions. There is the love between people, isolated in the form it takes between two, to subtly imply that one loves only one and not another, dedicated to the well-being and nurturing of a mate. The love of a community is different in their perception, for a nation or humanity, unique expressions of the universal love of life.

How does loving then become a way of life, a way of being, a way of perceiving, and a way of serving? Must it always be modified with the circumstance, the object of loving? Yes and no, our brother. Yes, in the sense of the nature of that needed in another or a circumstance or a condition. No, in the sense of oneness, connection.

Another form of love is that which accepts and cherishes love from another, and from life itself. This honors the giver and, when lovingly received, supports the love of self. Love is an exchange of the presence of life: its beauty, its infinite embrace, and its continuation. For when life continues, consciousness expands and becomes more inclusive, and from the infinitesimal to the infinite, to the collective of all life, new creation is inspired and life fulfills its destiny.

A loving consciousness communicates everywhere and every-when. The entire process of life is revealed in the reality of Now and is touched, connected with past, present, and future. So live and love in the moment, our brother, without evaluation of worth, for all life is of equal worth, is loved, and is love.

The Pulse of Life

JANU:  The Pulse of Life exists similar to that of a pumping action, a movement that is experienced as you breathe by way of the motions of life. Everything, our brother, has a rhythm to its existence that is recognized by the rest of life, and these rhythms create a cadence of life that can be ridden like a wave, a tide, throughout the universe. This cadence belongs to a tradition of life that encourages creation, exploration. Even these journeys, our brother, have motivation in their DNA, if you will.

The Pulse of Life exists as a result of existing. Look at your own physicality. There are many rhythms, pulsings, serving many functions, yet each movement is not isolated from the others, for together they bring about a product of living that can be embraced as one reality composed of many. This is the nature of existence throughout the universe.

How then does one experience, or know, the Pulse of Life? One does so by honoring it through growing in sensitivity to your own existence and realizing that incarnating into each sojourn is a pulsing of life into a new relationship with a vehicle of expression you call your humanity. Let us honor this tradition and this reality by living to your fullest, listening to your existence, and honoring it by being conscious of it and fulfilling it.                                                           June 28, 2103 B

A New Universe

JANU:  We must consider at this time moving into a new area of investigation that pertains to the movement of life in the direction of mastership, the mastery of the natural process of the unfoldment of life into new understanding and realization of potential, and before long, our brother, insight into the movement of this universe into a new threshold of life.

“What do we mean by this?” you ask. We mean that every element of this universe, on every level, is coming together in such a way as to precipitate a whole new reality of life that leaves none of the truth of life behind but it develops into a truth that engages a whole new potential of realization. We will allude to this from time to time.

Now, consciousness will continue, losing nothing but growing into powers of perception, creativity, transformation, communication, and a loving nature, completely new. The universe is evolving, our brother, and the evolutions are subtle between these thresholds, but there are thresholds that are major changes into new ways of embracing life and creating it. Now, the evolutions in various parts of the universe, in consciousnesses that embrace it, contribute to everyone’s life path and the rest of the universe. The threshold describes the coming together of pockets or elements of evolution scattered through the universe merging into one, creating a thrust of life, so to speak, into a new era.

The universe is moving inexorably in this direction and has twice before. It does, collectively, retain memory of these two changes, but neither one describes the next. As we together evolve in consciousness on these journeys and our contribution to life, we participate in this larger movement and support it. We of the Brotherhood of Light choose this path of service and welcome all who join in this. Namaste, our brother.
