Challenges are Life’s keys to awakening

JANU:    Why not consider a clear presence of your True Nature in the ability to penetrate the challenges of life in a discrete and forthright manner? So that any challenge that presents itself triggers an inner awareness to understand and absorb the opportunity it presents on the path of awakening, transforming the fear and trepidation of coming challenges into anticipated and enriching experience. Challenges are not a minefield on the path of life. They are patterns of life created, inspired, and attracted by the steps you take, the emotions you feel, the thoughts you process, as you create every day as a result of living. This includes family, our brother. Many challenges, many opportunities to grow through experience.

Rarely will you meet in life another individual that doesn’t challenge you in one way or another. Challenges bring change, which progresses your life and the lives of others. Always in motion. Needless to say, as challenges are presented, you are free to choose your response. Include sensitivity to the needs of others when choosing for, ultimately, you are connected and so are they. Challenges are opportunities to change, to serve, to grow.

Challenges include not just people but perceptions, nature, survival, and the awakening of your being. Conscious integration and your ability to create. It’s all connected, our brother, interactive, co-dependent. And it is the symphony of life, every note of it. Challenges are life’s keys to awakening. Accept them in this light. Namaste.

Leadership

JANU:    Our attention this morning is turned to a form of leadership among nations not limited to politics and governments, but to the hearts and minds—and, yes, souls, if you will—of the people. We encourage continually the emerging of the reality of the True Nature in the consciousness of people. This is true leadership, for it is from within, the so-called Divine within.

More and more of collective humanity is moving into the arena of self-determination and a general caring for each other. More and more individuals will become aware that their hopes, desires, dreams, ambitions, and visions for their life are more common than they realized in the lives of others. And, in so doing, realize that cooperation and coordination of these serves everyone better than, more fully than, individual pursuits. Collective humanity is beginning to be realized individually.

Some governments attempt to construct themselves, to a degree, in this way. But the motivation for their existence is to stay in power. Yes, there are a few who are inwardly motivated but the pressures of survival cause pandering to the selfish interests of the power brokers. The military does not want an end to conflicts. It is the justification for their budgets and, ultimately, their existence. Many make a living servicing humanity’s troubles, not open to new careers serving humanity’s peace, happiness, and successes.

Choosing with wisdom what you serve in life takes honesty and courage. Being true to who you truly are, the Divine within, is a challenge in today’s social climate, but the rewards are more immediate and enriching than you might suspect. That is leadership, our brother, leading people in the direction of their own True Natures. Namaste.

The wisdom of a touch of lightheartedness

JANU:    Tomfoolery is a theme for parts of some people’s lives. We encourage lightheartedness in people’s lives, but there is a difference. We speak of this for the reason that effectiveness in serving others in their challenges is advanced in the spirit of lightheartedness, not in foolishness. Humor lovingly done brings balance to a serious challenge. Of course, humor in these circumstances requires sensitivity, good judgement, and a loving heart.

Even in your private moments, lift your spirit in this way. When seemingly consumed with serious thoughts and feelings, step back and observe your reactions with a lighter touch instead of continuing a heavy-hearted relationship with challenges in life to convince yourself of commitment and seriousness. Whim is the very perception, energy, consciousness you need to proceed. Foolishness is to ignore the opportunity of a challenge, so-called hurdles in life.

Your resources to overcome are not limited to physicality or the choices of others. Observe life around you as it finds a way to continue with changing relationships that come and go. Employ your innate power to choose your life engagements. There is no requirement to make any situation a part of your life. Understand your motives and your needs and your desires as you choose each one. Take your time to make a choice. A light heart brings wisdom. Namaste, our brother.

Our achievements are blessings for everyone

JANU: Much of what humanity has created to this point is based on fear. Much of the rest is based upon integrity and a belief in the sanctity of life and the needs of others. Would that individuals could perceive the collective reality of the human journey. Life is complex, in the sense that many realities co-exist and, you might say, bump into each other from time to time.

Rational mind prefers linear thinking and life to behave in this way. But it is not. Your own evolution is not. Your own thought processes are seldom that way. So, to understand your journey in life, when seen in this way, brings greater tolerance, forgiveness, and patience with the course of your own life and those of others.

Life is fluid and changing, elements modifying each other. Even our relationship is not fixed and evolves through change and experience and deepening understanding. Humanity would fare well to relate to each other in this way. A tight grip on any part of life will limit you and eventually challenge you. Moving with the flow of life has the same complexities, but when in the flow you change to meet them. Your innate nature, our brother, is intended and designed to succeed, to continue, to explore, to understand, and to support life.

Peace is more powerful than struggle and it is possible to struggle while at peace. The longer range the planning, the anticipation of what you will meet and what you will be will not hold the answers for you, our brother. But a growing consciousness and intimacy with life this very moment opens the door.

Trust in your insights. They will come. Trust in the power and the presence of life itself. It is always with you. Trust in the spirit of another, born of the one life as are you. Be grateful for the wisdom you have gained. It is a blessing for others as well, for we are all resources for each other. Namaste.

Keys to mastering challenges

JANU:    Let us continue our journey this morning to include past references of a scathing nature to the troublesome and painful challenges of living. This occurs when there seems to be no recourse and the challenges keep on coming. What we are achieving here, our brother, is recourse in the form of insight, inner strength, that has always been available. It is the nature of your being to overcome these. And not only overcome but understand and become wiser for it. These are your goals in the midst of challenge. And when you’ve learned to read them, the solutions are seen.

It is the purpose of a challenge to strengthen you with the experience and the understanding that lies at the cores of these. This information is universally needed, for when have challenges ceased to be? Or life, for that matter?

We know you suspect that life outside the body is freedom from these. Not so, our brother. Life outside the body is evolving as well, and challenges are needed. And focus and peace open the door. Not just in your quiet times but in the midst of the challenge. These keys, and others, will bring you success. And this applies, our brother, to challenges of all degrees. Meet them this way and become stronger and stronger and master them. Namaste.

Dealing with life that seems overwhelming

JANU: The overcoming of some by the twists and turns of life is from the confusion about the seeming dichotomy between peace and challenges. The premise for successful living in terms of achievement, survival, and well-being is that the peace and the twists and turns are one. One in the sense that each needs the other. For peace only, meaning the lack of challenges, does not have the depth, the broad strength and foundation that comes from all that challenges afford, including experience, strength of character, endurance, a determination to continue and master. For all of these things build a consciousness that can bring clarity and balance in the lives of those who feel overcomed with an imbalance between the two.

Your challenges are not unknown to life. It comes from the constructs of existence and the creations of those struggling to meet them. The evolution of life and truth includes clear sailing and the occasional storm. Life is constantly adjusting itself, flexing its potential. There is a natural flow of challenges, as well. To overcome the feeling of futility, place the challenges in your life in perspective. They are not your whole world. Balance them with inner strength, insight, and the tradition of your existence far larger than one lifetime, our brother. See your life as a flow of all of this, with a net worth to it all. You are becoming stronger as a being, wiser, and more in ownership of who you are and all you can be.

All of the challenges in life are not met instantly. They have a life of their own, based upon how you meet them. You get the challenges you need, whether you understand it or not. They are evidence of the presence of life and the truth of your existence. No challenge is devoid of its solution, its resolution. It lives within it for you to see, embrace, and master.

The times of peace are for inner balance, symmetry of your being, and the coordination of your thoughts and feelings and interpretations. Embrace all of life through the wisdom and love of your True Nature. You are an unlimited being. Achieve the truth of that and continue on. Namaste, our brother.

Dealing with the clamor of life

JANU: We speak today of the clamor that seems to permeate much of the life for humanity. Clear decision-making, a peaceful life rich with insight and understanding holds a backseat to much of this. When the clamor becomes the norm of the day, how does one then find peace and calm, insightful wisdom, clear thinking and focus united throughout their being as one? Of course, words are not enough. What they speak about is what’s called for.

Rejecting the clamor of humanity keeps your attention on it and connected to it. So what do you put your attention on, our brother? Your inner passions and desires that your True Nature shares with you as you walk through your day. Goals that are larger than the moment. Begin to perceive your life in a deeper and larger way. See through the clamor to the truth behind it.

The news media is filled with the superficial clamor of life. As you walk the incarnate life, see the truth behind the clamor, not based upon the opinions of others who are living the clamor, but your own innate faculties, the truthful perception. Wherever you observe life, choose the truth behind what you see, with your integrity intact. Human life is noisy, with some peace here and there. Add to the peace and live your truth. Namaste, our brother.

Creating a brighter future

JANU:    Welcome, then, to this new avenue of pursuit for humanity, creating a bright future even as we speak. How does one, then, describe a brighter future than the present? It is accomplished, our brother, by being one with the present and enriching and enhancing it in so many ways: owning the conditions that have been created by humanity and choosing alternatives by identifying, recognizing the elements of life already contributing to these alternatives. So, you see, creating a brighter future is already in progress.

Support everything you perceive within and without that looks like the path to a brighter future. Encourage current contributions, individually and socially. When observing a moment such as this, allow the consciousness to expand and touch every such moment with support. Be more observant in the unfolding of each day. These many sparks of Light, so to speak, at work then in your consciousness that they synergistically grow and evolve and mature. Contribute to the raising of human consciousness with fresh insights, new understandings, and the description of possibilities to be taken advantage of. Endeavor to be always truthful and honest, with sensitivity to the consciousness of others.

These moments of Light are of equal worth, not holding one moment of enlightenment worth more than another. That kind of judgement divides and stratifies, does not unite into oneness. Even a brief moment of uplift or happiness brought to another is a pearl and has results past the moment. The creation of a moment of happiness continues on.

Anticipate solutions to challenges. Expect them. Remember, peace is not the absence of activity, but activity that is in harmony with all of life. So be at peace and enjoy life more and more. All of the systems of your being will be brought into harmony. Inspire others in the same way. Namaste.

A circumspect way of living

JANU: For this evening’s journey, what we consider is be alert to your considerations whenever engaging on a path. Hesitating when making a decision and being open to the many elements of that decision means directing your thoughts and emotions in the directions of considerations. Slowing down impulsive motivations does not mean a lack of profound commitment to choices. A more measured approach to life, that includes insight and inspiration, is a wiser course.

When facing an impulsive decision, consider options. Even though you desire something strongly, back up a little, you see, and when it becomes clear to do so, let it go or embrace it. Hindsight is a valuable experience in this; when remembered, can bring balance to decision-making. A course may be profitable but timing can be important as well and resources can change. Namaste.

Enriching your life

JANU: There is a propensity to prolong life more than enrich it. Many have a day’s experience not unlike the previous. Though continuation has merit, but continuing what? A sense of well-being; service to others; fulfillment of goals that improve life; discovering what has been, what is and what will be; understanding and ownership of one’s own being and an expanding identity to include more of life; profound peace within; a love and joy carrying you through difficult times; compassion and uplift for others; and an open mind.

Humanity has yet to understand this collective strength and true power over fears, so-called disease, infirmities, and confusion. Life allows these things but also allows overcoming, mastering, continuation, and a love for the self and others that is boundless. If for only a moment, experience these things within your being and begin to know the truth of these. Allow yourself to see life and who you are in a new way.

Now, you are not subject to challenges. You are the master of them. Draw on this with each confrontation. Advance being all that you can be to being all that you already are. Be at peace with your life and love what’s coming. Namaste.
