Mastering life patterns

JANU:   Understanding life patterns and relationships with them, is movement in the direction of freedom. Freedom to have a full identity to be attuned to and aligned with, whatever you desire. Self-imposed routines, habits, disciplines, biases, and the like, can be life patterns that box you in, so to speak. Self-imposed. Societal rituals. Common practices and behaviors. Conscious of them or not, they are imprinted.

Introspection in harmony with your True Nature can be revealing. This movement in consciousness is best taken peacefully, patiently, with insight, allowing many aspects to be revealed. A growing freedom to make choices that are thoughtful and wise. Now, this does not mean being devoid of any life patterns, but not being owned by them. And the ones that you employ are chosen in freedom and understanding. When attempting to discover new understandings and realities, life patterns can interfere, when owned by them. So, you see, there is wisdom in mastering this. Namaste.

Love yourself that you may love others

JANU:    We are presenting, as it were, understanding into the nature of life for many purposes, to include awakening, self-mastery, evolutionary creativity, harmonious relationships, peace, and well-being. Light is the Truth of Life, and truth does bring freedom—freedom of expression that is constructive, productive, and mutually beneficial. Life to be understood, no matter its form, its expression. Every moment of consciousness is life in motion. Not to compare one life with another for judgement of any kind, but to serve Life, understand it, and magnify it.

Be an opportunity for someone else, with integrity. Be patient and thoughtful, with clarity of reason and a growing wisdom. Respect the elements of existence, of life expression and, at the same time, embrace the systems of life, the collectiveness, the harmony of coordination and collaboration. Love yourself, that you may love another. Namaste.

Mastery

JANU:    Your use of the word ‘master’ poses interesting questions. What is a master, then? Someone with great command of some part of life or their own? Does ‘master’ speak of humility, of love and respect for the Larger Life or the life of another? Is one a master of their own destiny? The answer is ‘yes’ and ‘no’ for their destiny is yet to be revealed. Yet their destiny thus far they have created, whether conscious or not. What better describes one’s journey, their consciousness, their ability? Is it not that of a journeyer, an explorer, participant in the flow of life, always learning, always serving, always enriching?

One grows into mastery, but it is a journey without end. Awakening is the path of mastery, a path without end, for life is evolving, always changing. One may see another as a ‘master.’ All that means is that they perceive this one more in command of life than they are. Conscious union with all of life and your own True Nature fulfills one’s destiny. As Kahlil Gibran wrote, “Let the greatest among you be the servant of all.” Namaste.

The mirror of life

JANU: Exactitude has its merit, when a consciousness is completely free of judgement, as the phrase goes, returning tenfold that which you receive from another. It takes great enlightenment to see this as a blessing, and reaches the potential for illumination, but love must be the theme for this blessing. A mirror does not judge. Its reflection is as pure as the quality of the mirror.

Now then, the reverse is true as well. So, when observing others and experiencing their issues, whether destructive or benevolent, be a loving mirror. Not that they see you but see themselves, encouraging their journey of self-mastery.

Life is this kind of mirror. Choose wisely to see who you are in the mirror of life. Have courage and honesty to see what is revealed and its truth, grateful for the opportunity to learn and grow. Namaste.

Building blocks of intimacy & identity

JANU:  We are foundation laying once more on our journey of awakening to the Larger Life. What meaning then can be gleaned from this journey?

It is a larger expression in the mastering of the incarnate life for, without this, mastership is incomplete. For they are one, coexisting, interrelated, holistic in nature, inseparable. Only in perception are they separated. Focusing on the incarnate life by way of the veil brings intimacy and identification with an experience. The same applies in the Larger Life. Intimacy and identification are some of the building blocks to a larger expression of one’s Nature.

This is normal ‘beingness’ but not that common yet. But humanity is moving in this direction. More and more unlimited as experiences and understanding deepen and broaden. Incarnate life is part of the Larger Life. Giving up on it is not an option. It will always be a part of who you are, for you are embued with the experience and the wisdom gained. Relationships matter. They form bonds, chains of connection, find expression in other realities and venues of life, including the incarnate life.

Intimacy and identity with life opportunities are profound connections on the path of mastery. Embrace everything masterfully. Yes, even your integrity is evolving. Live your life more fully every day. Discover and experience what that means. Own it all, which is a never-ending quest, for life is evolving—all of it. Namaste.

Transcendence and transition

JANU:    Transcendence and transition are themes that coincide with the flow of life, change, evolution, awakening. Transcendence is transcending limitation, close-mindedness, any particular cycle of life. Transition is the movement into beingness that does not escape any reality, but expands to include more reality, becoming conscious as an inclusive being no matter what is discovered.

You ask the question, “Does everything exist to be discovered?” No, our brother, life continues to evolve and create, expanding its potential and self-mastery. So being an explorer to the nature of life has no end goal. Transcend limitation and transit into unlimited being. Allow everything to exist in its own reality, included in the one Life. Explore, if you will, these realities, whether physical or not. They extend greatly throughout the flow of life.

Exploration, our brother, but transcendence and transition are the way to the fuller life and in harmony with its flow of change, movement, expansion, realization, and potential. True freedom, you see, rich in peace and love of life. Namaste.

Regret casts a shadow on memories

JANU: Regret, our brother, when reviewing memories casts a shadow on the meaning to be gained. Regret does not honor the life and consciousness having the memory, creating the memory. So regret not, but embrace the experience to discover its significance, its teaching, its revelation as to the nature of Life.

These memories are profound. Matters not the scale, for Life includes everything, from the smallest to the largest, from the longest lasting to an instant. The presence of Life endures, reveals, re-creates, expresses. These memories do not define you; they enrich you. Your true identity is far grander than any of these and owns these memories yet to be fully understood.

You’re free to embrace life how you choose. Memories that touch deeply are rich indeed. Many bury these because of the perceived pain of them. But they are there, waiting to deliver their understanding. This is part of mastering life, our brother, experiencing, creating, understanding, and contributing. Enjoy the pleasant ones as well, the ones that lift your heart, inspire gratitude, that bring joy to others. All of these are there to master life. Regret none of them. They all enrich you. Namaste.

Emotion and reason balanced peacefully

JANU: We are celebrating, if you will, the coming together of, the merging of, rational and emotional responses to the challenges of life. Integrity is maintained when these two aspects of consciousness co-exist. One enriches the other and, when this occurs, peace is maintained and the flow of awakening responds. Keep in mind that the distribution of life brings about opportunities for advancing that relationship. The more one becomes attuned to the guidance that supports this balance, another step towards mastership has been achieved. But the pendulum swings both ways, our brother. It is still one pendulum and at its apex purpose is maintained and progresses. There will be times when one seems stronger that the other, but both are necessary for wisdom to prevail in each one. Even-mindedness is demonstrated by this balance and the body responds accordingly. This is part of the peace that we refer to frequently. Namaste.

Being both teacher and student as one

JANU: ‘Sailing into the wind’ seems to describe our current adventure, but that’s what the learning is, our brother. Reaching for the Truth as you embrace it is the balance of intent and desire. Being the master of your journey, of your destiny, includes many things. Peace brings the grace to embrace them.

Life is graceful in its nature, and grace is adaptable to the circumstances of awakening. Grace allows for the diversity of life without judgement and is always loving in its nature.

All that you are learns together and Truth reveals its beauty, its symmetry of being, its wisdom. You are learning that journeying does not always include conversation. Direct understanding and experience more the theme here. These journeys into what has seemed obscure in the past reveal the truth of the circumstances and conditions of incarnate life. Teacher and student are one in the truth of your nature. You are Life itself. Namaste.

The art of peace

JANU:    Let us begin with making peace with oneself. Many tensions exist in the consciousness of some people: goals and ambitions, worries over well-being, financial challenges, concerns about time, loneliness, and a longing for something more. The fine art of peace is a foundation for all of these things and more, without reactions emotionally, physically, and mentally that drain you, creating disturbances in the flow of life of your being. Putting these concerns into perspective that is centered in a perception of timelessness, the larger life, and the presence of your True Nature, builds a pattern of living that finds solutions. Peace of mind is an art in itself and belongs to a group of parameters of existence that embraces possibilities and a flow of guidance from within to engage them.

You ask, “Can one have many involvements in life yet remain with peaceful mind?” Yes, our brother, but it takes practice and a sensitivity to the nature of your consciousness, learning to recognize the anxieties, frustrations, confusions. Peace of mind does not make dullness or inactivity, but a confidence in your own nature and the life you are part of.

Look at what humanity has endured so far, yet it is still here. Be aware of happy people. Choose to understand their peace of mind, their simple joys, their accomplishments in relationships with the ingredients of their lives. Change is natural, our brother. Flow with it, with peace of mind. No matter the change, life continues and so do you. Namaste.
