Exploring and serving life

JANU: To begin with, the two are one. Exploring and serving is a full experience of being one with life. When understood and experienced, how can you explore what you are already one with, without giving, without supporting, without nurturing? The exploration brings insight, sensitivity, awareness, and identification with. The life you explore is part of your being. To nurture and serve life is to expand the field of exploration, which brings fuller service, wiser service, and you discover there is a synergism to all of it. It becomes one and diverse in your consciousness. And there is a peacefulness behind all of it, regardless of the activity. It is the way of life and how life continues and unfolds its potential.

Even birthing and so-called death are transitional experiences, which are rich. Humanity fears death, yet partakes in it for food and shelter; welcomes and nurtures birthing, yet takes life away in brutality and violence. All of life recycles, but in different ways, but life continues and becomes richer. Ponder this thoughtfully when exploring and serving life. It will help you to understand what you explore and what you serve. Namaste.

The so-called Big Bang

This has been addressed before from a different angle. Please check out Understanding the Big Bang for more.

JANU: For this morning’s journey, let us assume a focus of the creation of this universe. Your scientists have said that the beginning of the universe sprang from nothing. This does not capture the reality of the moment, for the forces involved were non-physical and out of these began physicality for this universe. The culmination of the changes in these forces, which come from a reality beyond energy and forces, was a threshold of configuration initiating the spark of physicality that is still maintained in intimate relationship with these forces, even to this moment. For the physicality, you see, and its energetic nature are maintained by these subtler realities.

Even the moment of initiation was not instantaneous, for when understanding the initiation, everything is a process. Time/space being the result of a process of the true nature of life. From a human perspective, it is imagined as being instantaneous, the culmination of a sequence of processes, non-physical yet still process. Your birthing into a physical body is process, not unlike what occurs at the beginning of a universe, the moment of creation of a star and its activation. This occurs continuously in life, as it must be, for the patterns of life are one. So, in this understanding, the so-called Big Bang event never ceased.

Much in life seems instantaneous from the human perspective, but from the larger consciousness it is still process, some call ‘the flow of life’ even though much of it is beyond time/space. The continued new expressions in the universe as it unfolds and expresses are part of the process of life that begins the universe. They are all one. Many levels of reality with a common pattern of initiation and preparation for being.

Even so-called ‘death’ can be better understood from this point of view, but life continues, our brother. So the thought of beginning and end, cycles of existence, is a limited perspective. Namaste.

A larger perspective of oneness with life

JANU: We are remembering when the Earth was young, and that life is ageless. Species came and went and life went on. And the life stream of souls came into view, manifested to match conditions, circumstances, environments. First existing spiritually as worlds were forming physically. The plan has always been to populate life with life’s own creations and countless realities. These changes in creation are still continuing.

These brief moments of sojourns are puzzle pieces in a larger picture that is still developing. What is evolving here is the management of sojourns’ elements merging with a consciousness embracing the larger life. The patterns and plans of life are not finished but still being created. You wonder of timetables for creations, completions of cycles. Your perspective should always be tempered with timelessness. Allowing your life, your sojourn, to unfold free of the pressures of timeframes, for the patterns and plans of life are not limited by these yet always changing.

So, as you move through your life dealing with all that offers, focusing on goals and your own plans, hang not onto them so tightly you miss the natural flow of life and the flow of changes, new perspectives, changing goals that accommodate, are at one with, life’s movements. Your life being part of it. A larger perspective of oneness with everything.

You are correct. As you seek to be at peace, realize that pure love of being and of life brings a grand peace that already exists. Be at peace with yourself and life. Be patient with everything. Be alert and notice what there is to understand without fear of engagement. Namaste.

The journey of oneness consciousness

JANU: The choice for incarnation, our brother, was a conscious one, including the veil. The journey back to conscious oneness builds wisdom, character, serves life, enriches it. The physical universe or part of life one becomes part of is developed by these journeys of incarnation. The forms, the cycles of life generate so much needed by the flow of life, which is needed in turn by the journeyer.

The return to oneness consciousness does not mean that oneness discontinued for a time. It is always a part of reality. The return to oneness consciousness aids in applying all you have gained to wherever you are. Choices guided by a oneness consciousness, awakening to the larger life once more, are more in harmony with the evolution of life. One ‘listens for’ with more of their being, senses more fully the consciousness of others and the principles of life at the heart of everything. Returning to oneness awareness is more something you allow than create. It is the more natural reality of a more complete being.

A oneness consciousness can be sensed by others for the peace it brings in intimacy with life, a loving intimacy. The many colors and hues in the tapestry of life are revealed, rich beyond imagination. And there is life in all of creation. And one respects and understands the life in everything. No longer the unresolved conflicts in thoughts and feelings and emotions and experiences. Patience with yourself brings peace.

All life is connected. Becoming aware of this is a journey. Be patient with yourself and find peace and awareness. Namaste.

The essence of life

JANU:    This evening’s focus is the essence of life. Essential life is represented by its imperative to exist. Realizing its potential is an extension of this. And the power to create is the faculty. The power to change and adapt is part of its wisdom. The power to think, process, experience, understand, and appreciate relationships is life owning its creations, absorbing them, building its foundation for re-creation simultaneously. There is a feedback system, a circle of life, what you have called the looping reality of life. Creation, manifestation, assimilation, re-creation changing and flowing in harmony with its own being. Everyone is part of this. Everyone’s True Nature is part of this.

This is essential ‘isness’ that allows all creation without judgment, condemnation. Pure ‘isness.’ No right or wrong. Complete freedom to be. Fully vital. Unlimited by any creation or reality. The true essence of life is present and essential for the singularity to all of the universes and beyond. Each one plays their role, serving the essence of life, contributing, magnifying, expanding. No one is insignificant, neither person or creature or nature.

This is conveyed to encourage an awakening of the sense of the reality of the essence of each one’s being. No one is smaller or larger, in significance, to another. The essence of your being, your significance, your contribution to life is eternal. Stand firmly in the Truth of your being, with an open mind, an open heart, and a loving spirit. Namaste.

Elementals

JANU: We are elementally speaking on the nature of existence and individual being. Fundamental principles of life agree with each other and, in so doing, allow for the manifestation of a more complex existence, such as an individual being. Look at your own existence and ask the question: Are the elements of my existence agreeing with each other in such a way that my existence continues and is engaged with more and more of life’s reality? Pursuing this understanding develops a broadening conscious awareness of what makes for successful existence. Not just one malady after another.

This approaches the earlier journey on ‘balance.’ The integrity of each system, or element, of your being in cooperation with each other brings balance. You ask, “What interferes with this in the day to day of life of human society and individuals?” Primarily, it is a lack of peace, peace of mind, peace of emotions, peaceful desires. When examined closely, it is easier to see one system competing with another for dominance and fulfillment. When seen in the larger way, one emotion does not exist by itself. It is coupled with thoughts, experiences, and the influence of others, but not in cooperation, not at peace.

Elementals of life have cycles of duration and natural existence. In some thinking, an elemental is a duplicate or copy of a more primary reality. And each one has such a reality. We call it the True Nature. Elementals represent a larger truth. Do the elementals in your life represent your primary existence? When we suggest ‘being at peace’ this is part of what we refer to. Any unrest in your systems of existence?

Life is teamwork, our brother. You are an individual, from a certain perspective, with many systems of life allowing for many experiences and the evolution of a core wisdom. Consider these carefully when desiring balance and peace. Namaste.

Weather changes

JANU:    Let us move in the direction of climate change. Much the topic of the day. Many dance around the issue of ‘Is there or isn’t there climate change?’ Of course there is, our brother. Climate is always changing. It goes through cycles of change, of short and long duration, and has many times in the past. The human sojourn is not long enough to perceive these, save at the cusp of a change.

When one lives consciously in harmony with life, and that includes nature, adjustments are made due to understanding climate changes. Anticipates, even as nature does, these changes. Gradual adaptation has always occurred within humanity. In earlier times, humanity was more attuned to the climate and the movements of nature, for their daily existence depended upon this and their life was not obscured by technology.

What is occurring at this time is completely relevant to these cycles. Yes, humans do influence to a degree with their pollutions, but these changes are exaggerated in human perception by a growing lack of adaptability and acceptance of what is natural for the Earth. If your skin is susceptible to damage from exposure to the sun, reduce the exposure. If your diet is consuming your health, change the diet. Don’t be one who says, “I love the sun and have been doing this exposure for years.” Let go of that, our brother. Be current in the times. Be free to live in the moment.

Mastering your environment does not mean controlling it beyond its natural course, but adaptation, accommodation, and insight. These are the keys to navigating weather changes. Engage all of your life in this way, changing your attitudes, perceptions, preferences, as called for. Your spirit will survive all of this, and more. The physical body is of nature, of the Earth, of the environment that is changing. Help it adapt and cope and prosper, with an open mind and a growing knowledge of what is taking place with the body’s limits and the body’s needs. If the ground is shaking under your feet, change your location.

Create a life for yourself that is adaptable. Be one with your environment, for it is the only one you have for the moment. Change is not a mystery, our brother. It can be foreseen, understood, and its influence mastered and be grateful for each day. Namaste.

Investing past wisdom into a brighter future

JANU: Illuminating the past, as you have been pondering, to gain wisdom for investing in the future brings a balance and peace to the life, for wisdom brings gratitude and leaves confusion and doubt, recrimination, behind. So, when living in the Now, choose wisdom and all that comes with it. You will come to know many along the way who are doing the same.

The form your experiences will take, or have taken in the past, is not what you carry forward. The aches and pains and missteps seen from one point of view as regrettable, from another are appreciated for the wisdom that is gained. For the richness of this can yield for an investment in the future greater wisdom, greater gratitude for living and its countless opportunities, wiser choices. In this way, past experiences lift you, make you stronger, greater clarity of mind, and a greater appreciation and insight into the miracle of life.

So, allow the memories to come. Reach deeply into the wisdom they offer. Let them be added to your foundation of understanding and you will see where they fit into your choices, your relationships, your opportunities to achieve. This is why the memories come to the surface, to reinforce wisdom and to see what’s coming for what it is, or can be. Walk life in this way, our brother. Your memories are transformed into a brighter future. Namaste.
