Enriching your life

JANU: There is a propensity to prolong life more than enrich it. Many have a day’s experience not unlike the previous. Though continuation has merit, but continuing what? A sense of well-being; service to others; fulfillment of goals that improve life; discovering what has been, what is and what will be; understanding and ownership of one’s own being and an expanding identity to include more of life; profound peace within; a love and joy carrying you through difficult times; compassion and uplift for others; and an open mind.

Humanity has yet to understand this collective strength and true power over fears, so-called disease, infirmities, and confusion. Life allows these things but also allows overcoming, mastering, continuation, and a love for the self and others that is boundless. If for only a moment, experience these things within your being and begin to know the truth of these. Allow yourself to see life and who you are in a new way.

Now, you are not subject to challenges. You are the master of them. Draw on this with each confrontation. Advance being all that you can be to being all that you already are. Be at peace with your life and love what’s coming. Namaste.

Understanding commitment

JANU: The subject this morning is commitment. Even commitment, our brother, is subject to flexibility, modification, limitations, but it speaks well of character, compassion, vision, and integrity. Now, some commitments are not always the wisest, but are sincere at the time. Therefore, as experience brings clarity to the relationship, at times correction is called for and wisdom dictates this, you see, for even wisdom is changing. However, commitment is a good beginning, and leads to follow through to achieve goals.

Now, the foundation for commitments is varied. They can be selfish in nature, destructive, or loving, uplifting, serving, understanding, and enriching. This is why the declaration of a commitment is not held by others, or by Life, as written in stone. They are an attempt to create, without complete knowledge, with only a belief in outcome, the desire. And yes, a course taken may call for re-commitments as experience is gained. Even the commitment to survive can be overcome by overwhelming circumstance. A commitment is still a wonderful thing and it enriches the life and inspires others. Taking a chance on life takes courage, resolve, and patience. But no matter the outcome, our brother, life continues. New opportunities are presented.

Now, understanding this, a change in the commitment should not be taken as failure with self-recrimination. One may re-commit, with a new understanding. Can you really condemn anyone who commits to improving their life, yet stumbles in the process? Isn’t that what life is all about? Agreeing to incarnate and navigate life does not hold guarantees, but a chance. Engage what you may with the understanding you have and your resources, but the outcomes pale in worth to the willingness to try.

Enrich your satisfaction with this understanding. Be patient with yourself, even as Life is. Namaste.

Create a little beauty at each opportunity

JANU: It is a worthy journey, our brother, to explore the journeys of humanity and the light and glory they bring to life itself. The public has been conditioned by the media to focus upon mayhem, with occasional glimpses of the journeys into Light by humanity. Would that they brought confidence to humanity to create beauty, genius, creativity, and to love each other for it. Humanity’s experiences are a product of their choices, but for many they know not what to choose other than that that looks like their neighbors’ choices, accepted by society, to gain favor and not ridicule based on being different.

A worthy goal for each day is to create something beautiful. Beautiful in the eyes of another. Beautiful in your own perception. And beauty need not be limited to grand creations, but the tiniest moment of kindness, relief of suffering, the joy of a child, a moment’s freedom from social oppression or limitation.

What makes a creation beautiful, our brother, is its symmetry, its balance, its universal appeal to the heart and soul of another.             Beauty endears people to life. Beauty captures the essence of nature and of Life itself. A moment of beauty is remembered and cherished. And the soul desires more and is compelled to share.

Create some amount of beauty at each opportunity. The effect it has on others will be the same that it has on you. And it enriches life. And it serves humanity. Namaste.

The nature of true service

JANU: We are welcoming once again an understanding about life. What passions do people have about loving life and each other? Not based on reward of any kind, or fear, or compensation, even without witness to the results of the giving. Where does that come from? What is its source? Why is it not a common way of life?

Giving to another without requirement, even as one is given life without special requirement, has to do with the nature of being. To be loving, true to your being, is effortless. The incarnate life has challenges, even to its survival. The love we refer to includes this, but is much larger.

So what is service, then, that does not interfere with an individual’s destiny? The knowledge of this comes from the part of you that carries the wisdom and the experience and the connection to understand each opportunity on its merit. Let there be, then, within your consciousness, a willingness to adopt and understand the Truth of Life, as you are able. But the desire is always there to serve. That is the commitment and the passion between all elements of life. Without this, life can seem empty and without the natural purpose that continues the flow. Listen to the Truth within you. It is your wisdom and your love of life. It is who you are. Namaste.

Sanctuary in a moment of time

JANU: We are holding this moment in time as sanctuary for a peaceful mind. The rest of the incarnate being benefits.

The sanctuary of the moment is a wondrous thing. It is like a zero point for everything to reset. It is not a denial of the incarnate experience or condition, for in the sanctuary of the moment the truth of all realities is known and brought into balance. Your so-called vacations from the work-a-day world are attempts to achieve this. The difference here is the sanctuary of time is transportable, so to speak, into the activities of the day.

Peace is found in this way. The beginnings of rejuvenation, the gentle insights into what is, fresh perspectives, and communication or direct knowing with the larger life, and release from entanglements that put demands on you. A moment of freedom to just be, which is the greatest freedom of all and far more powerful as an influence from living. Namaste.

The Rapture

JANU: For this morning’s journey, we partake of what some have called “the Rapture.”

There is a reality to this. One allows their consciousness to be unlimited by Earth’s social norms and be lifted into the reality of the Divine True Nature, still incarnate but with a larger and deeper identity that can know the Truth and experience other realities. The still small voice no longer still but more fully engaged in the sojourn, not as something separate from you but a realization and acceptance of who you truly are. Outwardly, one sees no change, other than a greater, more peaceful confidence, and elements of wisdom and understanding, and patience.

This is an empowering experience that comes with responsibility, and a growing maturity, and more thoughtful relationship with living. This rapture transforms your life experience and brings you awareness of the larger life. Everything is revealed. There are no secrets because your intimacy with life is more profound. Even the true nature of love is like a new experience. Namaste.

Carrying on with life and not withdrawing is a true achievement

Remaining in the physical has always been a challenge for me, as I prefer the inner life. My journeys with Janu have helped me to understand the connection of the two. This is a personal acknowledgement of my growth, as well as inspiration for others on the path.

JANU:    Good morning, our brother. You’re beginning to experience the oneness of our relationship. Not an easy concept to allow into the consciousness for many. You are beginning to realize that adversity and uplifting achievement draw us closer together, when one embraces everything they experience in life in ownership. In some ways, the life free of challenge is somewhat barren.

For today’s journey, let us discuss—or should we say explore—pinnacle experiences. And at times, they occur together. A pinnacle experience, then, is that which reveals understanding that is somewhat unique on life’s journey. A life of peace can be realized in the midst of challenges and blessings.

Do not see challenges in your life as failures of any kind. Can there be compassion for the suffering of others by those who’ve never experienced any, never taken one step in their shoes? Helping others see their circumstance with a new perspective that empowers them is a worthy manifestation of your own experience. How long you survive incarnate life is not the issue. The experience, the wisdom, the service you gain from it each moment is its purpose. Carrying on and not withdrawing from life is true achievement. Thank you, our brother, and namaste.

The nature of True Peace

JANU:    We are bringing peace, the peace that liberates the consciousness, brings clarity to challenges and opportunities, the peace that supports the reunification in consciousness of the being. This peace acts as a vehicle of transport through the journeys of life. The faculties are liberated from constrictions. The constrictions of disbelief; limited perception; self-denial; the opinions of others; the negative programming from society, physicians, religions, the media; the outer and inner programming from incarnate life; even the limited perception of longevity.

The peace that supports a larger view of life and your own being. The peace that supports standing in your truth and your integrity. The peace that allows you to know the truth and the shadows that conceal it. The peace that supports an inquiring mind that can absorb more of life. A peace that, by example, inspires others to allow it. The peace that can embrace a harmonious blend of order, clarity, creativity, and change in your life. Peace that allows seeing the Truth for what it is and what it is not.

A free and happy being, filled with gratitude and love for life. Namaste.

The pursuit of happiness

JANU:    Elemental though it may seem, the pursuit of happiness is a powerful journey and it belongs to everyone. The pursuit and realization of happiness supports everything included in your life.

You ask, “What is happiness, then, that is such a powerful element of living?” It contains exuberance, sense of freedom, a love for all possibilities that enrich your life. It is the elementals of your existence, the principles at peace with each other, full of life, confident and generous to others. Happiness naturally is open to sharing for benefit and enjoys the happiness of others, especially their release from the entanglements of their own choosing.

You ask, ”How does one pursue happiness, then?” It is a transition by choice from a gloomy, trouble-filled life to the peace of true freedom. Freedom from restrictions, rules and regulations imposed by society, by those who have yet to achieve the freedom we speak of, a society where people do not trust each other, full of suspicion and fear. When you choose to walk the life, the inner life, true freedom is found.

A happy person has a rich humor, patience, tolerance, and refuses to be entangled by the complexities of life or owned by them. They are not ignorant of these things. They appreciate very well what they lead to. But they choose to cope with life and its complexities with a light heart, a clear mind, and a confidence in a bright future. They easily see solutions where others do not. Happy people enjoy good health, for in a very real way, every element of their being enjoys this happiness as well.

Choose to be a happy person and others will be drawn to this, for they long for it as well. Help them understand who they are and what they are capable of. It is far easier and more natural to create a life of lightness than one of darkness, which must be maintained at every turn and is rich with self-destructive elements. A life of happiness does not need constant repair. It is in harmony with the flow of life and Life itself.

Choose to see viable, healthy solutions to challenges, to opportunities, to relationships, and to your understanding of that which is unknown to you, soon to be revealed. Grow in your awareness of what draws you into, and keeps you in, a life of darkness: isolation, confusion, frustration. The alternative, our brother, is very powerful and life-sustaining. Be at peace. Live in happiness. Be a light to others. And be grateful you have lived. Namaste.

Conscious merging with your True Nature

JANU: We are one. Establishing this frame of reference for communication and insights is a beginning. Being conscious as one entity is a co-existence of many elements of consciousness. Just as your physical body and brain, which is your physical body, and mind, which transcends the physical reality, co-exist as one, independent in many ways but nonetheless at one, mutually beneficial, each needing the other for the experience and the particular journey. Unique to the entity, you see, or unique as the entity. It is not unlike this, being one in consciousness with and as your True Nature. How can it be otherwise? But the framework evolves, becomes more sophisticated, more capable and the understanding unfolds in a natural way.

In time you will hear the voice of others as they explore this evolution in consciousness, and you will learn from each other. When leaving the body, the human imprint remains but no longer dominates consciousness, for all you have ever been and done, on any level, is imprinted. You may call memory, if you wish. For nothing is lost but remains a resource to draw upon and to add to.

Your True Nature journeys with you through life and, little by little, your relationship as one explains itself, reveals itself. And you realize you’re a larger being in a larger life with larger opportunities and a larger service. Continue, our brother. We are one in this. Namaste.
