The role of kindness

JANU: We are celebrating, if you will, the establishment of another focus for spreading the Light. Make no mistake, our brother, that kindnesses rendered to individuals or groups are a focus for the elevation of Light in the consciousness of each one. And Light, by its nature, has a tendency to spread. It is contagious. It has the resource, the power of Life itself, as its creator and sustainer. The Light exists in everyone, but somewhat dormant by comparison, when compared to someone embracing it.

Kindnesses that stimulate the expansion of Light need not be extravagant, can last but a moment of initiation but can grow for an entire lifetime. All of these bring the True Nature closer to the consciousness of people. In the ways of the animal world, this is also true. Make no mistake, the human body is part of the animal world. Understand your service to these creatures by what you enjoy and avoid while in the body.

Kindness is always effective. Even when others observe it but not directed at them, they are touched and their True Natures are aware. The power of kindness is immeasurable. Opportunities for kindness come and go, are brief or long-standing. And, yes, being kind to yourself has the same effect, the same result. Kindness is unmistakable, instantly recognizable, brings a moment of hope for the future of humanity. Being kind to another heals loneliness in yourself and them, as well. Kindnesses encourage the sharing of the same and are passed on.

Kindness can be part of the way of life on the path to freedom. Patience with another, listening without interruption are forms of kindness. Generosity is another. Words of encouragement yet another. A smile that is genuine is another. Complimenting performance to one’s employer is another. Kindness as an element of your being has great worth. Be kind to yourself, and each other. Namaste, our brother.

Awakening to the reality of the larger life

How many have asked the question, “There must be more to life than this endless repetition?” The realities involved are available for everyone’s perusal, if they truly desire to know more and allow the changes the understanding brings. The purpose of these journeys is to inspire the search for enlightenment, to describe in part the rewards for awakening and serving life. These two journeys address this idea from slightly different angles and are presented together for ease of understanding.

The larger life

JANU: We are serving the collective consciousness of humanity as it becomes liberated through its own awakening. How many humans have asked the question, “There must be more to life than this endless repetition?” While there is, progress in this direction need not always be miraculous, breathtaking, or turn your life upside down. Steady progress is more desirable, for the deeper understanding arrives through experience and the time to assimilate and change your understanding of life and who you are in a more permanent way.

The desire to move forward, awaken to more of life, is tempered by patience and deep consideration to changing your life experience. Such patience, steadfastness, and depth of understanding conditions your consciousness with patience and understanding for others, with no judgment or limiting perceptions and, on the contrary, providing gentle support in many ways. Patience seems more natural when your perception of your existence is larger than one sojourn.

The deity that humanity has created has these qualities. Consider the qualities of the collective of all of life, as it includes all of the wisdom gained for all worlds, all species, all realities, all deities, and all people. It is miraculous that one individual consciousness of one person has the capability to touch any part of this. Your True Nature is miraculous indeed. Get to understand it and be in harmony with who you truly are. Namaste.

Humanity is a miraculous path to a larger life

JANU: How often, our brother, do we speak of understanding your incarnate and the larger life? The realities involved here are available for everyone’s perusal, if they desire it, if they attune to it, if they truly desire to know more and allow the changes the understanding brings. The current vision of individuals is limited. Seeing with new eyes is the opportunity. Understanding with an open mind is the vehicle. Loving and respecting the Truth of Life is the key. All we have spoken of is but a moment in the larger truth of Life. The perspective to understand your current condition is found in this way. Ask yourselves, what is it you desire truly? Are you content and at peace with your current condition and understandings? Or do you sense there is more that would benefit you in the life that you are? The choice has always been yours.

But at times you will be inspired and called by the divine within, your spirit, your True Nature, the larger you. For inherent in your being is the desire to evolve, create anew, and enrich life. The purpose of these journeys is to inspire the search for enlightenment, to describe in part the rewards for awakening and serving life. Humanity is a miraculous path of exploration and becoming. For life is a miracle, our brother. What can you imagine to replace it?

And we speak from some experience, our brother, knowing there is far more to come and desiring to share that with you that all of life benefits. Namaste.

Timing

JANU: Let us discuss at this time the subject of ‘timing’ on the path of awakening. Now, timing is influenced by many things: commitment, follow through, acuity, balance, implementation through a changing perspective, and the natural flow of life, and the needs of humanity. Your own walk through life is part of this timing, not only for you but for collective humanity. Life connections change, grow, interact, modify. Timing is determined by all of these. The timing of our journeys each day changes with conditions.

Now, one can increase their sensitivity to timing by respecting it and understanding its merit. When speaking a truth to another, be sensitive to their timing for such information and the way it is presented, if at all. When functioning this way in serving life and your own growth, the results will be more successful, whether you see them or not.

As you may appreciate, patience and timing go hand in hand. When impatient, your personal motives are involved. Patience allows for everything to be considered, which only takes a moment. Patience does not mean unnecessary delay, but a sensitivity to and appreciation of all factors involved and the consciousness of others. Being alert and ready to respond to timing is part of awakening. Namaste.

Co-creating from a place of peace

JANU:    In a world obsessed with differences, uniqueness, individuality, survival and power, lost in all of this is the simple truth of oneness, connection, mutual support, and individual and universal understanding. The tide is turning, but these attributes are, as you would say, noisy and hold the attention of the media and others who live in fear and separation. There are many communities living and working together, committed to support, tolerance, patience, and combined talents, wisdom, and spiritual connection. We focus on these from time to time, for they are the source of humanity’s future.

It is a challenge to live in society that broadcasts negativity, destruction, mayhem, and keep your focus upon the power of peace. Peace works quietly, the quiet that responds to the desire to evolve, and respect and help each other. These patterns of suffering and discord are imprinted in your memory, in your core life patterns, and return for resolution from one sojourn to the next. So it is very practical to resolve these, clearing the way for fewer limitations as your lives continue, that are all connected, you see. So even this moment is a wise beginning point to build a life of peace, introspection, purpose, profound understanding, love for yourself and others.

Build into your life practical peace. Peaceful associations and endeavors rich with creativity bring true power. It matters not the scope of the creation but the nature of it. Humans claim to be co-creators. Creating what? And how? And why? Worthy questions. What would you choose to create? And what has been created you’re unaware of? What is the focus of the power of your love?

A circumspect way of living

JANU: For this evening’s journey, what we consider is be alert to your considerations whenever engaging on a path. Hesitating when making a decision and being open to the many elements of that decision means directing your thoughts and emotions in the directions of considerations. Slowing down impulsive motivations does not mean a lack of profound commitment to choices. A more measured approach to life, that includes insight and inspiration, is a wiser course.

When facing an impulsive decision, consider options. Even though you desire something strongly, back up a little, you see, and when it becomes clear to do so, let it go or embrace it. Hindsight is a valuable experience in this; when remembered, can bring balance to decision-making. A course may be profitable but timing can be important as well and resources can change. Namaste.

Awakening is a process of allowing

JANU:    Let us begin then by stating that the richness of life of each sojourn is influenced greatly by the inner awakening. Now, when we speak of the veil from the beginning of the sojourn, it does not close off conscious awareness of your True Nature completely.

The purpose of the ‘still, small voice,’ so-called, is to maintain the connection, for a variety of reasons. The instincts, the insights, of the youth are a response to this. Those who are older have forgotten and the connection is more vague to the human consciousness. The effort to rejoin this ‘still, small voice’ and its inspiration, its guidance, occurs for some later in life and, once begun, becomes a fairly constant pursuit for the richness it brings. And its strength grows in life as the veil diminishes, for with this comes the understanding to commit to a richer incarnate life and lessens the urge to depart from incarnation, envisioning greater freedom, a utopia.

We are not suggesting here premature awakening, but a growing maturity to include this in the life, bringing insight and sensitivity to the truth of everything. Realize that life is process and moving with the flow of life is not a function of ‘pushing’ but more a sense of allowing richness into your life, allowing awakening, with patience but expectancy, confidence, and gratitude.

With awakening comes responsibility

JANU: We are enabling this opportunity to become a signal one, meaning a reference point, for the transition in consciousness from a somewhat aggressive determination to be more awakened to one that more represents a natural flow, harmoniously speaking. The true power of the awakening being to continue to expand means greater responsibility for the ramifications. If the human consciousness and ego desires conscious union with the True Nature, there must be a movement in the direction of the wisdom of the True Nature as a guide. One must be careful with greater ability, that it serve life harmoniously.

So let us continue to proceed in this direction, our brother, and there is much more to understand. And all will come into the consciousness gently. When one is self-driven to proceed, impatience is a component that can interfere. Probing someone’s consciousness must be guided by timing, patience, permission, and need, for mutual benefit. Step by step, our brother.

The art of negotiation

JANU: Let there be then an understanding that negotiation is a normal and healthy part of living. All of life has negotiation threaded through it. See no gathering or activity in the life as fixed or non-negotiable. Everyone has a different opinion, sense of things, preferences, and perspectives on the same moment of life. Cooperation and consideration for relating is enhanced by negotiation, guided by wisdom and sensitivity.

The art of negotiation is a rich one, indeed. Even our journeys are negotiated with each other and our encounters. Adding this element of perspective to daily life helps ensure success for everyone. If everyone is connected in some way, sharing life and its resources, growing in true understanding and perspective, does this not call for enlightened negotiation? Negotiation considers the needs and gifts of all involved.

Negotiation does not just begin when one meets another. Negotiation begins within your own consciousness, shuffling, if you will, options, points of view, and perspectives to see how they blend or not, for mutual benefit or not. But lead to a conclusion that is still subject to change as conditions change.

Negotiation is an art with much depth and layers of reality. You will find many who perceive the results of these journeys in so many different ways. Some to be embraced, others rejected and reconsidered. This is a natural part of life and encouraged.

Be at peace with all of this, our brother. Everything is revealed for what it is, no matter how perceived. Patience with the unfolding of life is a virtue. Namaste.

Becoming more self-aware

JANU: We are surveying the notion that humanity is ready for significant change. Change in the area of understanding that each one is more than they see and in doing so realize that each one they observe is more than they see. A greater awareness of self in this manner brings awareness of their condition of being, and by ‘condition’ we mean personality and ego, emotions and circumstance as a result of their choices. Greater understanding of these things individually brings about forgiveness of self, freeing one to move on in new directions unencumbered, in a growing generosity when observing others, no longer condemning them and in so doing contribute to their continuing in their circumstance. In time, becoming clear enough in their perceptions to begin to become aware of the larger Family of Life, and begin supporting each other in more meaningful ways. Self-recrimination is replaced with understanding, patience, and the freedom to move on in new directions.

Yes, many humans are generous with each other but many more to follow. And in time people will grow in understanding and appreciating their links to each other.

The reality of oneness is a profound journey of its own. The co-existence of individuality and oneness can seem impossible to resolve, but that will all come with understanding your True Nature and how the larger life functions. This understanding will revolutionize human relations and society. So, let us support this threshold, this change for the awakening of humanity, that each become more self-aware to the truth of their nature and their circumstance. Namaste.

Awakening is achieved with patience, love and peace

JANU: Be it known that we have a vested interest in the success of humanity in this endeavor. Awakening is a term we use to describe or identify expanding consciousness, becoming more aware of life, its realities, including each one’s own life. Awakening is a relative term indicating the direction of movement, no matter how small or large, of becoming more conscious, more aware, more sensitive to the changes in life, the cycles of life, the depth and scope of reality.

Humanity is awakening. We are not here to measure degrees of awakening or categorize them, just to inspire and encourage an expanding consciousness, resulting in a love for each other, service to each other, peace of mind while living life. The vested interest we mentioned has to do with fulfilling our potential and destiny as well as humanity’s. We have grown in consciousness through long service invested in humanity, and not just of the Earth, you see. We are not all knowing and at the end of any path of awakening. But the awakening of humanity is part of our path.

The wonder and beauty of this path is not fully described with words, you see. The mother’s love for her newborn, and patience and understanding as it grows and evolves and matures is not unlike this experience. You have spoken of our patience with humanity’s foibles, including your own. This is no burden, our brother, for we understand this service to life as we have benefited from it as well. Every step one takes in life is never done without the presence of care and nurturing. It just seems so at times. The message this morning is that your life is observed, nurtured, cared for, guided, in a loving way that empowers, respects your sovereignty, your integrity, your identity. And timeless patience is a natural part of this, our brother. And we are one in ways you are yet to become aware of.

Find peace in this understanding, the peace that has always been, a peace that is sanctuary for rejuvenation, well-being, as one is walking the path of life. Be at peace, our brother, and namaste.
