Service: Freedom

JANU:      Service this evening has to do with the freedom to be. Now, let us examine this closely, for what does this truly mean? Being, a reality, encompasses or embraces the Source of Life as an agent for expression, of manifestation, and to be whatever you choose. Now then, the path of discovery of awakening broadens your awareness of the possibilities of choice. Realize this, then, that those are possibilities you are free to be. So, while one is in the embrace of a current expression in their being, in time one must realize that this is only one possibility and to be another expression of life one must shift identity and embrace their freedom. One might consider that life has a finite number of possibilities for being. This is not so because life is evolving and realizing potentials yet unrealized, yet aware of, yet expressed. So the freedom we speak of is true freedom. So, as you explore your consciousness and these possibilities, do so without identifying as a human being, for that is only one possibility. Allow yourself to embrace freedom as a reality without limitation. And one expression of freedom need not resemble any other. What it has in common is the True Nature of life, and that is evolving.

So, our service this evening is a growing awareness of the presence of true freedom, unlimited possibilities, and allowing any one of them to be part of your consciousness and to flower. Now, when one observes the journey of the human being from this understanding, one can see the confinements that direct the consciousness into the framework of that reality. Freedom allows this but does not require it. One may engage any freedom for the duration they choose, and the elements of manifestation that give it structure. So, as you become more aware, your consciousness is capable of simultaneous levels of awareness and involvement and realization. No longer limited to one focus at a time. Multiple realities coexisting reveal possibilities not viewed from any one focus, you see, and, to some degree, synergism takes place.

So let us explore this reality of freedom and the role it plays in life and awakening. Namaste.

Cheerfulness

JANU: Service this evening appears as or takes the form of bringing cheerfulness into the lives of the downtrodden, so to speak, who see nothing to be cheerful about, not taking into account their life and all that the Earth offers. Can someone be cheerful in the midst of poverty or illness? And those who are so-called wealthy: Do they know the cheer in their lives having nothing to do with their wealth?

What is cheerfulness, then, but the joy of being. Cheerfulness lifts the spirit and sees promise in life’s potential. Cheerfulness knows life is worth living, in the moment. Cheerfulness is like a radiant sun and fosters goodwill. Cheerfulness is the lens that reveals encouragement for others.

Let cheerfulness, then, be real within your presence. And this we serve this evening: A bit of cheerfulness in the lives of those who would accept it. Namaste.

The joy of living

JANU: I am beginning this evening’s service by spreading the joy of living throughout your world.

Is it possible, then, to find joy in living moment by moment? It is, if you love life and all it can be. The joy of living is in the freedom of each breath, a moment of peace, the movement of the body, the freedom of a thought, the beginning of a day, the observing of a child, the tears of happiness in another, an infant in the arms of its mother trusting completely her protection and care, the beauty at the moment of sunrise or sunset, the rain in your face, the warm summer breeze, the serenity of a grazing cow, an autumn leaf’s journey to the ground, the magic of music. Life is filled with moments of joy, experiencing the love life has for you. Allow it in and feel the joy of gratitude.

So, you see, the joy of living isn’t necessarily grand events, but every component, every part of life’s symphony. Service this evening is being one with the joy of living and donating that to everyone. Namaste.

The union of existence

JANU:    Service this evening embraces the central theme of engagement of life when coming into your Earth. This theme recoils at times from the badgering it gets from humanity’s misperceptions as to the nature of things. The nature of life, which applies to your world as well, is the theme of which we speak. And this nature is lost upon those of your world who choose to ignore it. Now, the nature of life understanding is that life does not separate itself from itself. And the individualism you profess in your plane stands in the face of this.

What we serve this evening is the union of existence that provides the mutual rejuvenation of one aspect of life to another. The theme this evening is to serve this reality, that this nature of life no longer be unknown in the hearts of mankind. The Orders of Life in your world understand this in each one’s way, but the role of humanity is to provide the common thread. It has yet to do so. So let our service begin.

Understanding a moment of service

JANU: Service, this evening, comprises the feelings of urgency in the realities of living by those who live by timetables and clocks, if you will. Time-based schedules do not allow for fluidity in the patterns of life. And life is fluid, with eddies and currents and flows, and blockages, temporary though they may be. What then of the nature of a sense of the movement of life that is unlimited and free and belongs to the moment?

Ordained outcomes, preplanned interactions, fixed goals and objectives do not consider course corrections…or should we say, course changes or completely new directions. Many directions in life have their moment, have their purpose, and are fulfilled even when they seem unfulfilled. Even service is modified by life and changes its mode, its form, as life changes.

So what then of the principle of service, in light of this? The principle of service is to support the fulfillment of all destinies, in harmony with their ever-changing realities. So to hang your hat on, so to speak, or set your sights on concrete perceptions, interpretations, and understandings of any life that is served, and even the manner of service, is limiting. So let us serve life this evening with a growing understanding and perception of all destinies being in flux. So the attitude to ‘fix this’ or ‘fix that’ does not lend itself to the harmonies of life in motion, the moments of destiny, and the truth of their existence.

More then, be an instrument of service in an unlimited way, even to the finest moment. Namaste.

Service: Façades

JANU:    What we serve then this evening is the peeling back of a layer of façade that brings us closer to true identity. And how does someone do this, without first recognizing or identifying what a façade really is? Most façades have to do with social consciousness, how you appear to others and their impression of you. A truer freedom of being is a lessening of this identification as a result of social consciousness. Serving others does not require them to approve of you or anyone else. The question becomes “Do you approve of you?” Once again, to inspire another to let go of a façade, your example goes a long way.

Why choose façades at all? What is the reward: to gain stature in the presence of others; to impress; to hide your own fears, self-doubts and, to some, ignorance or lack of wealth? One’s estate in life is not truly measured with impressions and influence, for these things inspire a lack in others, lowering confidence and self-esteem. When a moment of honesty in the appearance of your True Nature, unguarded, pure, at peace, and loving, inspires these in others, that they find their strength from within and not the façade, you see. Introspection here is a good thing.

What façades does one live by? It is a good question. What social advantage gained has any depth or endurance or true peace? There is always the fear that others will discover what lies behind the façade, you see. This does not bring you peace or balance and equilibrium throughout your being. The façades easily become one’s identity and their true identity withdraws further and further until the confusion of façades remains, a scenario for depression and emptiness.

So turn the corner and let them go. Discover them for their emptiness and turn your attention to the peace and joy, the strength and freedom that has always been there. Radiate honesty, openness, and appreciation of what lies within everyone you meet. And your Light will know theirs. There are many façades but only one you, one identity, one life. Namaste.

The art of service and communication

JANU:    There is service in the measurement of what is revealed in the life of any conscious being seeking to grow in awareness. How, then, does one measure the degree of contribution to the one who inquires?

There is a bit of an art to this, for it includes the light that is that one, you call ‘True Nature,’ and the authority comes from there. Not just there, but strongly there. When you address or counsel those who ask you questions, one must always attune to the inner reality of the art of communication and service for that one. The decision is not yours for it to be the wisest choice. But the ego can get in the way, so to speak, wanting to bedazzle this one with what you think you know. So always seek illumination into the art of the moment, when serving another.

The art of service takes into account many elements of the true needs and the wisdom to guide. Service is a gentle, patient reality. Information and understanding are powerful and are given to those unlikely to abuse them. The strong individual has humility and patience and a love of life and a desire for life to prosper in harmony with its nature and its flow. Namaste.

Serving the true needs of another

JANU: Service includes a wide range of realities accessed by those so attuned and prepared for each one. Service for this evening shall include a look at the divine nature of holding close to one’s heart the true needs of another.

This level of intimacy in connecting with another must be done through the heart pattern. It requires great clarity of consciousness, free of judgement and free of limiting them in any way with your analysis of their condition. So, no matter what the condition addressed in another, ask the question or seek the understanding of the true need and the true source of life that is the one served.

Namaste.

Service at night

JANU: Late night service incorporates consideration for the changes in the venue as night befalls the Earth. People are more prone to accepting the delivery of assistance, blessings if you will, during this time. The energetic environment changes. The creatures of the wild settle down. The plants and trees rest their ceaseless journey to grow. The lunar influence is enhanced. The Earth’s facing away from the Sun is calmer. Many changes in the evening are considered when lending assistance to everything that is the Earth.

So, let us assist the nurturing of everything that is the Earth while it rests, contributing to the efficacy of prolonged exposure to the nighttime energies, serving humanity’s rest time, recuperation, rejuvenation, and periods of insightfulness, when minds are more quiet and impressionable. When the Earth sleeps, in a manner of speaking, rejuvenation, peacefulness, and, yes, the dream states, even in the animal kingdom, are an opportunity to restore balance in the systems. Compared to the daytime, the evening casts a hush around the world.

As night moves across the Earth, the gathering of those who serve humanity changes. Let us acknowledge these and honor their standards of service as we join them in service.

Namaste.

A oneness consciousness of service

JANU:   We are forming an aura of sorts conditioning the consciousness to serve a bit more universally, meaning the more fundamental realities of life. There are systems of life both independent in function and synergistic in their nature. What we serve this evening can be called, that which seems dormant to most but profound and universal to any so attuned, the Brotherhood of Life that acknowledges equal worth of essential nature.

Service in this understanding is more one of being at one with the essential nature of the life, which is the ‘beingness’ of that served. Difficult to explain in words of common speech, for common speech is not designed for this understanding. So as we identify, so to speak, that being served, it is its nature, its ‘beingness’ through which service takes place. The inherent wisdom of life guides or authorizes this and the service is loved into being.

There is a significant difference between “doing” service and “allowing” service. We will explore the latter, service not being an activity as such but an experience for that being served.

As we have said before, true service is a continuous reality. The role of the individual’s consciousness is to be one with it. For without this, how does one not interfere with the natural progression and the outcomes to be achieved? Life is aware of all conditions and concerns.

As you can see, becoming one with the reality of continuous service, the experience is one of moving with this flow of life. No longer just you and the object of service. Much to be embraced here in new understanding. Namaste.
