Coronavirus and our relationship with nature

JANU: We are arranged in such a configuration as to bring about density in thought and in energy. Let our understanding of such be life fulfilling and an advantage to the life we serve. Reaching into the pool of resource, let us institute a flow that keeps pace with the momentum of change facing life on the Earth at this time. This so-called virus situation has more than one level of reality for humanity precipitates its experiences and nature responds.

So this is a time of the operation of and the clarity of basic values, character, nature, and relationships not just among people but with all the creatures of the Earth, and the Earth itself. Life is responding to runaway consumption and pollution of natural resources. The Earth is not just ball of earth and rock, but is an expression of life.

Harmonize your physicality, thoughts and emotions, creative energies with the balances needed for the survival of life on Earth. Give great consideration to relationships with nature. Namaste.

Supporting good leadership

JANU:    Enormous responsibilities are judged so by the capacity of the one perceived responsible and the significance of what is involved. As one takes upon such a responsibility, a blessing is called for: of courage, confidence, insightfulness, commitment, and integrity. These are some of the qualities one looks for in the responsibility of leadership, whether leading one’s life or others. Wise choices in supporting such come from those who hold such ideals in high esteem. Good leaders have these qualities. The purpose of the blessings is to support these, to inspire the consciousness of the leader. Their own True Natures are in play.

So align oneself with such as these, with your own integrity as your guide. Remember, love is that life force that binds life together. Be one with this. Namaste.

Owning memories

JANU: We exploring the memories that occur to you, and, for this exploration, those that you would change. But change them not, our brother. They are your journey through life, pearls of experience containing wisdom and understanding. Be grateful to have had them, for they speak of the human condition and the life that ensues from the evolution of consciousness. Be grateful and move on, knowing that there is no right or wrong to these, good or bad. They are experience and, in their way, reveal your future. They inspire new vision, commitment, purpose, different steps on your path of exploring life. Be aware of the fruits of these moments. You are divine being, spirit being.

Would you have a lifetime with nothing to learn from? Nothing to reveal choices? Own your memories. They enrich your life, your consciousness, no matter the memory. Through these you can love others as they are, with compassion, patience. Love yourself the same way. All of these, whether violent or not, enrich you. Do not reject them, or put your stamp of approved or disapproved on them. You have grown greatly from them. This is true for everyone, our brother.

Find peace in your integrity, no matter what. Bring joy where you may, forgiveness where you may, understanding where you may. Reflect what you’ve learned for others to see themselves in the mirror of life. And life is a mirror to see truly what is. Everything is all right in the presence of your honesty and truthfulness and love. Namaste, our brother.

Navigating life: Choices

JANU: We are encouraging at this time the focus upon navigating life, a fundamental and important subject of exploration. The models employed have everything to do with outcomes, achievement. Study your goals in life. What is important? What do you wish to carry with you from one journey to the next? Challenges and opportunities can be two masks of the same thing. Learn from each model you employ.

Using boxing as an analogy, when life throws you a punch, do you accept it? Do you fight back? Or do you choose to let it pass by? Explore the outcomes of these three and what they produce. Humans as a civilization deal with these: wars of conflict, negotiation, diplomacy, and redirection.

Incarnate life is but a portion of the larger life. What does mastering it look like? For some, it is as a moment. For some, it is an eternity of suffering and struggle. For some, a moment of freedom and peace and personal achievement. And for many more, other venues of life are chosen. We of the Brotherhood of Light choose freedom in the midst of challenges and opportunity. Incarnate life is not the only venue for this.

So weigh the merits of every challenge or opportunity. Choose wisdom, sanity, integrity, and insight to guide you. There is no right or wrong in your choice, only outcome. Always free to choose with the strength to do so. Find peace in your choice and journey on. Namaste.

Choosing a better day

JANU: Observing the questions, the desires, and the interests of humanity, a large portion concerned with health, relying on others to provide the answers. When in pain or overwhelmed with symptoms, it is more difficult to reach within so we say “Practice this in advance of illness and it will be more natural and effective during it.” And in many cases the insight gained will forewarn you of lifestyle that predisposes one for imbalance.

Another common interest is finances, financial wealth, including shelter and basic needs. In many cases, overindulgence, ineffective money management, and a lack of a savings plan create these conditions. It is possible to enjoy life that brings balance to perspective without requiring financial resources. A growing ability to find peace within, explore life and consciousness, revisit many pleasant experiences and memories, and enjoying nature is a good beginning.

Many are consumed with trepidation as to their future, including their families, their children, the nation, the government, so many elements of life. Living more in the Now brings you vision and a release from limiting concerns and an openness to adaptability to meet change and understand the nature of all of these. Living in the present is far more peaceful and rewarding than anticipating the change of the future and allows you to perceive what lives in the moment and be in harmony with it.

All of this takes practice, including letting go of limiting emotions and thoughts. The burden of these can be a source of depression. In some ways, the source of the future is your choices today. Programming your day and your tomorrow with the media perpetuates limitation and fear and distrust, which feeds the very situations that are undesirable. People choose wars, power over others, and whether realized or not, they choose poverty and illness.

Look at your choices every day. Determine if they support your true desires. Clear thinking, and opening a listening heart and mind, and a love of self translate into a better day. Namaste.

Current attitudes towards holidays and humor

My journeys sometimes result from something witnessed on the morning news. These two are prime examples of that. The first reflects upon the holidays that have been conveniently re-scheduled to fall on a Monday and allow for a long weekend with sales, etc., and seems apropos for Veteran’s Day, as well. The second was triggered by my reaction to a news clip concerning yet another prank between celebrities.

Is Columbus Day just another holiday?

JANU:    What we see here are social traditions that bespeak of moments in human history that delve into the human psyche as a path of achievements to unite humanity in the cause of building upon its evolution. The point to be made here is the drifting of significance in the conscious minds from achievement to complacency. Many would be hard pressed to tell you the original core meaning of such celebratory traditions. Similarly, religious traditions fall into this. Taking the time to ponder these and be enlightened by not only their meaning but the experiences that created them.

Your own life path has many significant turning points and more will come. These patterns of life can guide you, bring confidence, and a kind of peace from understanding all you have accomplished. And it includes wisdom gained from so-called mistakes and wise choices. Yes, life is an experiment in consciousness, in creation, and evolution. The past is as much a part of your life as the present and the future.

When one contemplates progressing in life, moving on, so to speak, the question is: What is moving on? And what is the motivation? So, as another holiday is being experienced, what does it mean to you?

Humor

JANU: The focus this morning on human social commentary is humor. Humor at the expense of another degrades both parties and leaves the observer uncomfortable, without fond memories of the participation of both parties. Humor at the expense of yourself lightens the consciousness of others and bolsters their respect for you and opens them to allowing themselves to be as open and honest, freeing themselves from stifling seriousness.

As with warring, the former promotes unending revenge, getting even so to speak. And where does it end? It eventually collapses on itself and both parties are rejected by the observers. This certainly has nothing to do with being kind to each other, nothing endearing about this at all. Humor that brings lightheartedness lifts the consciousness and endears people to each other.

Be alert to the feelings that are produced in you when witnessing humor. Putting down another is never humorous. Encouraging people, by example, to laugh at themselves is uplifting. Thank you, our brother, and namaste.

Challenges are Life’s keys to awakening

JANU:    Why not consider a clear presence of your True Nature in the ability to penetrate the challenges of life in a discrete and forthright manner? So that any challenge that presents itself triggers an inner awareness to understand and absorb the opportunity it presents on the path of awakening, transforming the fear and trepidation of coming challenges into anticipated and enriching experience. Challenges are not a minefield on the path of life. They are patterns of life created, inspired, and attracted by the steps you take, the emotions you feel, the thoughts you process, as you create every day as a result of living. This includes family, our brother. Many challenges, many opportunities to grow through experience.

Rarely will you meet in life another individual that doesn’t challenge you in one way or another. Challenges bring change, which progresses your life and the lives of others. Always in motion. Needless to say, as challenges are presented, you are free to choose your response. Include sensitivity to the needs of others when choosing for, ultimately, you are connected and so are they. Challenges are opportunities to change, to serve, to grow.

Challenges include not just people but perceptions, nature, survival, and the awakening of your being. Conscious integration and your ability to create. It’s all connected, our brother, interactive, co-dependent. And it is the symphony of life, every note of it. Challenges are life’s keys to awakening. Accept them in this light. Namaste.

Mastering disease

JANU: Events that pertain to remission of disease in the human journey, collectively and individually, must be mapped as a contingency for disease no longer being created by humanity. How thoroughly entrenched the experience and idea of disease is in the human psyche. It is feared deeply, seen as something unbeckoned, the cause of which is little understood. How many can imagine a life without it, no longer the cause for death or suffering? Some on one level deny it, but on another level expect it as a common and normal occurrence.

There are many who have passed on in your world that were healthy but chose to leave. Being comprised of many systems existing in cooperation to experience incarnate life, ending the sojourn is a coordinated experience as well. This pattern of life is also subject to unenlightened fears, unwise decisions, mismanagement of resources and expressions. Entertain, if you will, a life well managed, insightful, generous, and loving. Humanity has all of these choices to make. How well does anyone understand in each day their opportunities to choose?

Understanding the opportunities of each choice, choose to own each day and all that it contains. Your life is connected to everything. All the systems of your being are one. Your choices will be made in the best understanding available to you at any point in your awakening. Consider with some care what drives your decision-making, your relationship with life and each other. Namaste, our brother.

Keys to mastering challenges

JANU:    Let us continue our journey this morning to include past references of a scathing nature to the troublesome and painful challenges of living. This occurs when there seems to be no recourse and the challenges keep on coming. What we are achieving here, our brother, is recourse in the form of insight, inner strength, that has always been available. It is the nature of your being to overcome these. And not only overcome but understand and become wiser for it. These are your goals in the midst of challenge. And when you’ve learned to read them, the solutions are seen.

It is the purpose of a challenge to strengthen you with the experience and the understanding that lies at the cores of these. This information is universally needed, for when have challenges ceased to be? Or life, for that matter?

We know you suspect that life outside the body is freedom from these. Not so, our brother. Life outside the body is evolving as well, and challenges are needed. And focus and peace open the door. Not just in your quiet times but in the midst of the challenge. These keys, and others, will bring you success. And this applies, our brother, to challenges of all degrees. Meet them this way and become stronger and stronger and master them. Namaste.

Dealing with life that seems overwhelming

JANU: The overcoming of some by the twists and turns of life is from the confusion about the seeming dichotomy between peace and challenges. The premise for successful living in terms of achievement, survival, and well-being is that the peace and the twists and turns are one. One in the sense that each needs the other. For peace only, meaning the lack of challenges, does not have the depth, the broad strength and foundation that comes from all that challenges afford, including experience, strength of character, endurance, a determination to continue and master. For all of these things build a consciousness that can bring clarity and balance in the lives of those who feel overcomed with an imbalance between the two.

Your challenges are not unknown to life. It comes from the constructs of existence and the creations of those struggling to meet them. The evolution of life and truth includes clear sailing and the occasional storm. Life is constantly adjusting itself, flexing its potential. There is a natural flow of challenges, as well. To overcome the feeling of futility, place the challenges in your life in perspective. They are not your whole world. Balance them with inner strength, insight, and the tradition of your existence far larger than one lifetime, our brother. See your life as a flow of all of this, with a net worth to it all. You are becoming stronger as a being, wiser, and more in ownership of who you are and all you can be.

All of the challenges in life are not met instantly. They have a life of their own, based upon how you meet them. You get the challenges you need, whether you understand it or not. They are evidence of the presence of life and the truth of your existence. No challenge is devoid of its solution, its resolution. It lives within it for you to see, embrace, and master.

The times of peace are for inner balance, symmetry of your being, and the coordination of your thoughts and feelings and interpretations. Embrace all of life through the wisdom and love of your True Nature. You are an unlimited being. Achieve the truth of that and continue on. Namaste, our brother.
